"The best location in Umeda. Osaka train station is just below the hotel. Just press B1 from your hotel floor and exit right at the subway. Bus limousine from and to Kansai airport is right across the hotel at JPY1,550/pax. Room is tiny but clean. Bathroom is white and clean with superb shower pressure. Bonus for the ladies is the Shiseido foam facial wash provided by the hotel free of charge. We will, definitely, stay here again!"

"The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Right above Osaka Station and connected via underpass/underground mall to a few other subway lines. Right smack in the heart of the Umeda district, literally minutes away from key places of interests especially USJ. Housekeeping was very good, prompt and detailed. Room was almost always Spock and span, except for one out of my seven nights there. Front desk staff were efficient and precise, however, due to this and the fact that the lobby is just at the train station and there were lots of people just passing through, the friendliness factor was affected and they always looked hurried and not as warm. Restaurants aplenty within hotel and lots more just nearby. The hotel is very near a airport limousine stop, maybe 5mins away and you don't need to worry about stairs, steps or escalators. I took the airport train and was so confused when I stepped onto the platform when I arrived. Then had to struggle with the escalators with my large bags. "

"Hotel was a little far from Osaka station. But if you’re taking a internal subway, then it’s very near Umeda station. Hotel entrance were elusive. Staff didn’t really speak good English, had a little trouble communicating if you need something more than just checking in/out. But there’s a Shake Shack opposite 👍🏻"

"This is a really good for value new hotel which is very near to train stations (Osaka, Umeda etc) and to many many shopping malls (Hanshin, Hankyu, Daimaru etc) and eateries and restaurants! My all time favorite Ichiran ramen is also very near the hotel (5 mins walk). Staffs are really helpful and friendly except for one lady by name of Nakajima. I was enquiring if I can have a late checkout and she replied very impatiently and rudely to me. She seriously needs to be retrained about customer service!"

"This hotel is just minutes walking from Osaka Umeda train station, which is convenient for train and subway connections throughout the city and to Himeji Castle, Kyoto, and Nara. The rooms are small and sparse, but adequate. Staff were especially helpful in storing excess luggage while we visited Kyoto for a few days and returned. They also stored luggage without hesitation for early arrivals (check-in 3pm) and later departures (checkout 11am). If arriving by train, there's an uncrowded shortcut to the hotel from the information counter (ask them). The Kansai Airport Limousine Bus has a stop very near the hotel, which is easier than tending to luggage with the train."

"My time at the Hilton was a joyful. Never been a fan of a big hotel, however I have found this hotel to be an exception. As I was travelling to many cities in Japan, staying in a hotel next to a train station was somewhat make sense, and this hotel is basically right next to Osaka station. Breakfast was lovely, many selections and they were all great. Fitness facility was outstanding (the best I have found yet). Having a great restaurant up at the top floor was a big plus for anyone who fancy staying in. The only let down for me was the staff performance. There was nothing wrong but the level of services and the welcomeness was not as high as any other places I went to in Japan. (Normally I would give 10/10 for any hotels in Japan, but for this Hilton, maybe a 7 or 8/10)."

"The Location Capsule Inn was located right in the heart of a street that's filled with restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, bars, and clubs which would answer your need for any night life activities if you don't want to go far. Major train stations were also a few minutes worth of walk from this place which made traveling convenient no matter where you're going. The Place Capsule Inn was very clean and organized. The common room housed numerous vending machines for any kind of drink that you might want. They had couches for you to lounge at if you don't want to stay in your capsule. The public bath downstairs (in the building and part of what you'll be paying for) is very convenient especially after a long day's worth of sightseeing and walking. They provide towels, shorts, robes, and even toothbrush and razor for you. They also have lockers! The Staff They were really warm and accommodating. They have English speaking staff who can help you if you need anything."
