I chose this hotel because I thought this hotel is quite near to the entrance of Taman Safari. I am quite impressed with this hotel, eventhough the price is a little bit pricy for a hotel located in Cisarua area, this hotel gives a good service. The room is a little bit old, but was renovated and the furnishing is new. It has LCD TV eventhough there's a lot of statics for international TV show. There is hot water, but yeah, it takes like about 30 seconds before the hot water pour after you open the shower. What impress me is the breakfast. It gaves us a buffet breakfast. It provides a simple salad bar, breads and pastries, omelletes, fried rice, sausage, fried noodles, prodiges, veggies, fruit juice, and fruit bar. It is not a luxurious hotel, but for the price, I think this hotel deserves a thumbs up. Tip: If you are planning to go to Taman Safari by car, depart from hotel before 11 so you would not be jammed with traffic from Puncak to Jakarta. Don't worry of one-way traffic time from downhill because the distance between hotel entrance and Taman Safari road is quite near.

We are very Happy to enjoy short holiday on week end with kids and parents. Staf are very welcome and helpful, when my kids make room dirty they comes soon after we called. Room are nice and clean, we take 2 rooms with door connecting. Event blower on 1 of the bathroom was broken we still can enjoyed. I booked room from agoda in last minutes and price cheaper than hotel price. Thank you agoda and jayakarta hotel

My friends and I had a great time! The staff welcomed us with warmth and lead us to our room with the best view as what I had requested. The sunrise was beautiful. The room has no aircon but since it is chilly, it was very comfortable for us. There were some bugs in the room which we didn't mind. The bathroom is adequate. The breakfast was fried rice with sunny side up which was a little bit salty for us. I'm not sure if the room has wifi. Free parking. A little advice, do not go to puncak on a weekend!! The macet (traffic is so bad, believe me). Overall, I loved my stay there.

We highly recommend this hotel for its marvellous mountain views. It has the best mountain views compare to other hotel in puncak. It is situated in best location, since it's just a minute walk to cimory and matahari. It has uniques and clean rooms especially the bathroom with nature theme. We feels like we are in Bali hotels, since it's so naturals, with lots of trees and plants. The children also having lots of fun in the swimming pool and jacuzzi (the jacuzzi we can request for hot water, which is highly recommended since puncak temperature is mainly cold) . It's really nice to spoil yourself and relaxing yourself from everyday work stress and work tiredness by enjoying the luxury of deeping into hot water in jacuzzi when the surrounding weather are cold. All tiredness and stress are gone. It has delicious breakfast, food and top hotel services, My son like it and we will want to come back for more stays next time. We are highly recommending this hotel,

This is the first time we stay at Gerbera Hotel, so just thinking what is expected we are but after arrived the hotel looked so good, the security is very nice and receptionist also. We had late check in but office boy is very humble and he tell to us where is our room, and we walked together until arrived, our room in 125 and it was amazing, because our room in front of swimming pool. The price is good, and we had planned to come back and stay at this hotel with my big family.

The hotel was very near to the main road (only about 20 metres away), right after the Safari Garden Hotel, you can see the sign "MG - Mirda Gratia" at the side of the road, across Pizza Hut restaurant. Very close to Taman Safari Intersection, only about 5 minutes driving (with no traffic). From the intersection, we have to drive for another 15 minutes to reach the Taman Safari entrance. The staffs were polite and helpful, you can also purchase night safari ticket at the hotel with 10% discount. The bedroom was clean. Hot water worked fine. But the bathroom was not clean enough. There was some stains on every corner of the bathroom. And there were ants, bugs, mosquitos also in the bathroom. Also noticed that the double bed was two single beds being placed side by side, not a one big bed. A bit noisy though, because the location was very close to the main road. Overall, I gave this hotel 6 out of 10. In the morning, the room service guy woke me up just to deliver breakfast. Maybe the hotel better find another way to deliver the breakfast rather than waking up their guests in the morning.

There was an event which was held by the Afghanistan refugees at Villa Tjokro. So I booked the Tjokro Hotel because it's more convenient and not too far. The location of the hotel and the villa is different and the hotel is located 1 km away from the villa. I went there by angkot (public transportation) and walk to the reception which is located in the villa. The reception knew that I walked from the main road so he kindly offered us to go to the hotel by motorcycles. The room is very spacious because it has 4 beds. It was clean and the maintenance was good. The weather was super cold but the view was breathtaking at night or early in the morning.

Naratas is cheap and suitable for sleeping for one day only (Evening arrived and leave in the next morning). It is not recommended for you who wants to enjoy the scenery and the weather of Puncak/Cisarua for more than one day. The bathroom is dirty and the water flow is so poor. Nevertheless, the location is so strategic and easy for you to get public transportation (Angkot/Ojek)from here. Naratas Hotel is near Wisata Matahari and Cimory Mountain View, and not so far from Taman Safari.

Hotel facilities are good, parking space would be issue if there is conference / company meeting on going. Park & green surrounding, makes good wheater, if you wanna enjoy nice clean air. But still close to the city (highway access) and local restaurant. Also close to major attraction (tea plantation). overall, my stay was quite and nice to take a break from city hussle.
