Hotel is very near to train station. Room is very spacious although it is a bit old. Comes with small balcony. Staff is also good.

the best point is location and there is a lobby with lots of charging point if u are waiting for night train. kind staff helping me to do loundry and hang my cloths to dry while we were out. there is a window in the room, u can open for air ventalation, but lots of dry birds shit, its ok, no smell. i will say this is better choice than another hotel nearby with higher price and better review which i stayed before this in huahin. much worth the price, can say this is cheapest price with this standard. perhaps the can open a ventalation hole in the toilet will be much better.

Conveniently Located Hotel at a Value for Money Price ”
The location is conveniently located near to train station as well as other amenities. A good 5-10 minutes walk to wet market as well as night market and 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel is an old establishment, nonetheless decently kept clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful too.

I have seen many bad reviews on thèse hotel and I dont Knowles what people regarding the price of the room (a bit less of 300 baht for ac , small balcony, convenient location near bus and songhteow stop, night market, train station, comfy queen size bed - maybe upgraded during the pandemic). So yes, there is no elevator, the ac cant be setup (20°c or nothing) and the furnitures are old. But for a quick transit in hua hin it is not beaten by competors : for the same price you would be localed far from town center.

I understand that this is "only" a dorm but cleaning the toilet and bathroom should be every day, I stayed for 4 nights and cleaning was only done twice and the toilets then stink.

I booked this hotel for 330 thb so its really cheap, good wifi, location is superb so close to night market and song taew (public transport) the cleanliness is not ok.. the room even has basic amenities for this price! If you pay around 350 thb for get twin bed room then its worth it.if you pay more than this i recommend you to reconsider to book again...

Very good value for money (agoda price). The room was big and the bed comfortable. Good internet connection. There is the opportunity to wash your clothes for 40b. The staff is nice, but their English is basic which led to some miscommunication. They can arrange a motorbike for 300b, which we thought was a bit much.

i am using dorm-room, even though the mattress is thin but it is worth for the price. Near to the Hua Hin railway station, night market and beach. No need to grab other public transport haha !

Ok if just for a short night”
i simply picked this hotel is because nearer to the train Station and knowing the fact that i only spent a night. Otherwise, i would rather go to somewhere else. Btw, when i checked the room’s dust bin i found a condom which was not properly cleared up before i came. i let you judge the rest :).. overall, still OK for me.

Stayed overnight for our pet cremation.”
There's a temple south of Hua Hin that does pet cremation ceremonies for donations. Instead of driving home and then another round trip the next day to pick up her remains, we decided to just stay a night in town. This saved us 3 hours of traveling and some fuel expense so it was worth it. It was a bit disappointing this time mostly because the room could not be secured. The door to the little outside balcony didn't have a locking mechanism on it or even in the openings made in the door for a dead bolt. Also, there was no drinking water in the room but everything else was satisfactory. This isn't a luxury hotel nor priced as such. It's understandable that businesses are trying to stay open during this difficult period so the drinking water thing is no big deal but it is fundamental that guests at your hotel have the means to secure their rooms, which we didn't have. We have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to do so if it is right for us at the time.
