            The hotel is in perfect location very close to the Heviz thermal lake, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The spa area (saunas) were new and clean and lucky for us quite empty ;) . The hotel restaurant and lobby are beautiful and look luxurious. Our stay was for a great price considering the comfort of the stay. The food was very tasty and quite a variety, especially for someone who prefers meat (for a vegetarian not so much). I appreciate that for dinner there was always some kind of cold fruit soup - a traditional Hungarian dessert. And the pancake machine which makes fresh little pancakes! That was awesome.
            The food was delicious, but for dinner there was not many vegetarian options - there were always about 4 different main dishes with meat (like meat in a sauce) but no such options without meat. If I wanted a warm meal, I had to combine one side dish with another side dish e.g. fried potatoes with rice. Only one evening there was fried cauliflower, which was delicious. Otherwise not so much choice of actual warm meals, maybe some sweet dishes or salads. And the coffee for breakfast. It was truly terrible :D Considering how all the other aspects of our stay felt luxurious, the coffee tasted really bad. And some of the staff (in the spa) did not speak English almost at all, which was a bit of a complication.

            1. Food - very low quality food at both breakfast and dinner. Nothing feels fresh or even appetizing. Possibly the ingredients for the food are bought to be the cheapest. Definitely not the food quality what a 4 star hotel should stand for. 2. Staff - they are not able to solve any problems, they look like they do not want to be there at all. Not a friendly place Manager included. 3. Cleaning - during our 3 nights/4 days stay the room has NOT been cleaned. Not even once! 4. Price - they have the same price level as an actual 4 star hotel the only problem is that this hotel does not qualify for it. Whoever approved this hotel to be a 4 star hotel has never ever stayed in one. This hotel qualifies for a maximum of 2 stars. 5. Pet - We have paid for our dog stay 10.000 HUF/night (27EURO) which I find ridiculous for this hotel. 6. Parking - don't be fooled parking does not exist on site, you are directed with a map to park the car around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. 7. Room - the room size is small however it was the only thing in the Hotel which felt like I was a bit closer to 2023 and not 1990 as the rest of the Hotel. It looks newly renovated, however do no expect having any appliances in the room such as a kettle, a fridge or even a iron. The shower is very very slippery you must be aware all times not to slip. 8. Elevator - 2 elevators for 13 floors with 17 rooms per floor. Do the math for the waiting time. Will never return. Avoid if you want to have a relaxed, nice vacation.

            Hotel is close to everything you need.
            Breakfast is OK, but it’s not as good as it should be for 4 star hotel. Dinner should me much better ( ex. fries with schnitzel was cold and dry at 8 p.m. and the dinner is served until 9 p.m.). Elevator is very slow, personnel doesn’t speak english, soap in the bathroom is used by other/previous guests also. Pet fee is too high, garage is extra charged, it is small and it’s not even in the hotel. Overall, hotel is OK, but in reality this is not a 4 star hotel, not even close.

            Arrived late evening and missed dinner, the staff prepared a mixed cold plate to take with us in the room. That was an amazing gesture! Room was not so huge but enough for two persons (stayed with my son and we separated beds) with still some space for our luggage on the floor.
            Apparently there is no parking available, I was told to park on the street. It happened to be Easter holidays so parking was for free but not on the last day.

            The staff was really helpful. We got a great welcome at the reception. The room was pretty modern, and quite enough size. We have arrived with dog, and there was no problem about it. My husband had a great experience about the Spa area, better to know, there is no pool. There were wide range of food at the breakfast and the dinner time (half board) for vegetarian, vegan guests like us.
            There is problem with the air condition system, it was bit noise, which is known among the Staff. The reason is the whole system connected to each other and once somebody is using the AC on that line where you are there is a bubbling voice at your one.

            Friendly staff, a comfortable room on the 13th floor with a beautiful view from the balcony, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Pets are allowed in the hotel.
            There were not enough parking spaces, so we had to park quite far from the hotel. Many russians in the Hotel and in the city, it can be stressful for Ukrainians.

            1.The location is very near to the Heviz Thermal Lake and new renovated 2. Professional and very polite Masseur. She did a very good massage!
            1. No parking and it is not true that if you look for parking lot is only €7 per day according to their information. You have to park somewhere safe and will charge you around €1 per hour 2. The staff or bartender who was duty last Wednesday 24.8.2022 was the rudest person I have ever seen. He made a mistake taking order and I only asked the name of the cocktail that he prepared and to my surprise, he made a high tone voice very impolite. Very unprofessional!!! 3. The drinks for half board are not included so expect that you will pay extra! 4. It seems that some Salat are not fresh
