Hotel room is clean and spacious. Receptionist are polite and helpful. The hotel are packed with guests during our stay hence it takes alittle longer during our check in procedure. The overall of the hotel is acceptable but the pricing is a little too steep. If only their pricing can be lower. Worth considering to stay when drop by.

Good hotel with friendly staff, nice atmosphere and excellent location just at the Alster. Beds where perfect. The only problem for light sleepers can be, that the rooms to the back can be a bit loud, as the train station is just at the opposite site.

Good location, easy to get to from Central Station”
Good location, very basic, no amenities, simple rooms, great breakfast. Rooms & hotel is a little awkward. Funky stairs, NOTHING in the room beyond the bed & tv. Ordered ice (to make my beer cold, since no fridge) and was told to come down to the lobby & get it. (Got a glassful of ice). Windows are high & can’t open all the way. Comfy bed, good breakfast, cheaper than most around.

El personal de recepción ha sido muy desagradable, la ayuda telefónica pésima. Con hijos con fiebre y sin poder viajar, no son capaces de mostrar un poco de comprensión y no nos dieron ninguna posibilidad de cancelar o mover la reserva a otras fechas. Un desastre de hotel.

1A Lage 5 min. vom Hauptbhf. entfernt u. direkt an der Alster gelegen. Schlichtes, einfaches Hotel. Zimmer sehr einfach gehalten, für max. 3 Tage ausreichend. Es gibt leider keiberlei Haken für Jacken an der Tür oder zum aufhängen der Handtücher im Bad. Auch kein Safe für Wertsachen vorhanden. Es gibt auch leider nur eine XXL Bettdecke - sehr ungewohnt für 2 Personen. Bett okay - leider auch sehr niedrig. Zum Umsetzen als Rollstuhlfahrer sehr schwierig.

Sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage direkt an der Außenalster. Zwar fährt direkt dahinter die S-Bahn, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man das kaum. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, allerdings waren wir auch nur zum duschen und schlafen dort - dafür völlig ausreichend. Frühstück war großartig, Personal sehr freundlich.

Leider war das Personal während unseres Aufenthaltes stark unterbesetzt; weshalb nur einmal in 5 Nächten das Bett gemacht und gesaugt wurde. Am ersten Tag wurden zudem keine Handtücher gewechselt und die Mülleimer nicht geleert; und das mit einem 1-jährigen Kleinkind bei dem Windeln gewechselt werden. Das Zimmer hat entsprechend bei der abendlichen Rückkehr gestunken. Nach Benachrichtigung der Rezeption wurde zwar Verständnis gezeigt allerdings ohne Lösungsvorschläge. Im Endeffekt mussten wir unsere Mülleimer selbst entsorgen gehen und Handtücher an der Rezeption abholen. Sehr enttäuschend bei dem Zimmerpreis! Lediglich die Dame beim Frühstück war das Herz des Hauses und hat trotz Unterbesetzung einen klasse Job gemacht. Alles in allem werden wir das Hotel trotz der klasse Lage nicht weiterempfehlen oder wieder buchen.

Das Hotel war für unseren Wochenendtrip optimal, sehr gut gelegen .... dicht am Hauptbahnhof und damit ziemlich zentral. Das Zimmer war zwweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Sehr gutes Bett/Matratze.
