Everything were great, staffs were helpful & friendly. Location was not too far from city center. Everything in the room were great except the bed, which might be little bit old & lost its firmness. The bed was kinda sunk-in and for a person who has lumbar/spine problem like me, it was torture for a few nights.

Good overall. Very he!pful receptionist. Excellent kitchen department and crew. Food was replenished almost immediately. Cappocino for breakfast was good. Occasionally noisy in room but manageable. Grab ride was literally in a snap of a finger. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

First I booked for 2 nights in this hotel, and I extended for 2 nights more. My son and I were happy with the room we got, 8th floor and nice view to the highway. The room and bathroom were clean, and the location was perfect for us. We were happy there, and we will consider this hotel for the future.

Good value option for staying near Menteng area, easily located, although some taxi drivers were confused between the Senen Ibis (this hotel) and the Menteng Ibis. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, good hot water with decent pressure, and very friendly and accomodating staff. Overall a better value than some of the older four-stars in Jakarta. Downsides are overly expensive food and no easy to reach options for eating in a nearby walk.

The Ibis Senen is a relatively "no frills" hotel, rooms are exceptionally clean and appointed with everything that you need. The staff are excellent and the manager a delight.

when we stayed at Ibis Hotel the staff very helpfull and the room clean, but the heater has't work maximum heat. and the Hotel Managemment changed our room. the food have a lot of choices, we like the manggo juice, the price actually cheap for the rate beacause the location in the middle of Jakarta.

the rooms look like budget hotel but i love the shower room,,its near to Atrium Senen Mall 5-10 min walk (eyes open of thief when you want to go there while walk) but you can use taxi and pay base on meter ( less than Rp 13000) or 1$usd

On our way to Bandung, we stopped at Ibis Jakarta Senen. Really nice people, good food, top beds and a beautifull view (of you are lucky). Will stay here for sure next time if necessary.

To be honest I did not expect much as it was my first time in Jakarta. Hearing reviews and suggestions from my colleagues about Jakarta, they didn't leave me with a good expectation so I went to Jakarta not expecting much. However this hotel was not bad. A little boutique hotel in the middle of Jakarta the staff did their best to accommodate and answer any questions.

Positive : It is nice modern hotel with budget price. Good location, near Senen market, mall, and train station. Walking distance to TransJkt bus station. Negative : Most of room windows facing next building.
