I stayed in this hotel few years back, back then it was pretty pleasant experience. But now the carpet on hallway got some damp smell, plus the bathroom on my room have some strange smell. Quite ruining my holiday experience. Other than that very convenient for its location, bed was super comfy.

Its been quite sometimes since I travelled. I stayed at this establishment before pandemic, and was good. Recent stayed, kind of disappointment. Cleanliness is the issue - especially in the hallway -corridor of each floor. It is understood and respect for the hotel policy NOT to enter guest during unless is asked. But, the common area MUST be cleaned all time. Anyway, I presume, this hotel conditions should still be better vs other similar rating hotels in the area

Had some problem when just checked in to the room. Informed front desk ... response from the management is really good. What I am also impressed is that : all the staff are considered young (millenial generation), yet training and actual courtesy was really really excellent. Keep up the excellent work.

Staff is great, breakfast was okay but room is extremely small and bathroom is a size of airplane bathroom, only difference is it has a shower. l am not kidding, even material is the same, size is the same. You will feel you are in an airplane bathroom. l wouldn't go back since there are so many options in that area with their price range.
