        Actually when my parents go to there, the hotel (the new one) not open yet. But the staff really helpful so the staff transfer my parent to other ibis semarang (the old one).

        The room was clean, wi-fi worked perfectly. Don't have any complain but I'd like to suggest that Ibis should improve their lobby as it was I think didn't represent the value that Ibis has. Overall it's great tho!
