We love the location of the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were very helpful and we felt very welcomed. The breakfast spread was also good and ample.

Hotel is less than 5 min walk from the Nakajima Koen station and direct exit to the park. Wonderful location. Staff are friendly and able to converse in English. Though the fixture are abit age, we had a wonderful 14 night stay in the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful

The best hotel on my hokkaido trip”
I dropped 6 big luggage 2 days prior my reservation, the hotel kept all the bags for free. When I checked in 3 rooms, all bags already set up inside the rooms. Thank you so much The hotel rooms were spacious, the biggest room in my hokkaido trip . Queen size bed, living room and couch. Full size bathroom with bathtub. It's worth every yen to stay at Ibis sytle , all my friends was very happy spent 2 nights at the hotel. The location also perfect, walking diatance to nakajima koen station 200m, nakajima park, tanuki koji 850m and susukino. Highly recommended to stay at Ibis Sapporo

Close to the subway station 2 mins walk to airport limousine bus”
We were there for 3 nights. We didn’t do for breakfast options. There are walk through Lawson downstairs which there are some Muji stuff there too. 2fl for washing coin machine. 5 mins walk through subway but better to go to exit 1 to cross the road if you have luggage as there are lift there. Walk with the luggage through snow is not that easy especially if you have young kid with you. We went back to airport with limousine bus park 2 mins walk from hotel which is very convenient.

The room is big .. the bed is comfortable..the view is amazing.. very near from subway station nakajima koen.. only 200M maybe... there are several convenient store nearby such as seven eleven, lawson ( exactly beside ibis), seico mart ( 400m)

Clean hotel in a great location”
The hotel is simple in design but the rooms had everything you needed and were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful. The location is excellent - close to a station, conbini in the building, and a short walk to all the top destinations in downtown Sapporo. Especially if you are going for the Yuki Matsuri, this is a great location.

Great buffet breakfast weak wifi”
Excellent service by hotel stuff. We found bed bugs on one of our beds (must be brought in by previous traveller), staff immediately changed room to higher floor for us to disinfect the room. Breakfast menu was changed altered slightly every day. Traditional Jap new year breakfast dishes were served during 1st week Year2020. Excellent idea to have oven toasters to crisp bread, buns, croissants served with whipped butter. Wifi is weak though. Hope staff can tweak to strengthen connectivity.

it was a decent stay value for money with front desk able to speak English and very helpful however hotel fittings are in poor state. Chipped cupboards, worn cushion seats to name a few.

Hotel room is very big compared to other hotels in Japan. We ate some of our meals together with my family inside the room, It has a table and couch. Lawson convenience store is just on the ground floor.
