all the staff is friendly. the security is kind enough to help me when my car broke at the entrance. The room is clean and cold but the hot water in the shower is not hot enough, just a little warm even though i waited for a while.

I always visit Solo every month since last year, and Ibis often becomes the 1st option in my mind. Not only they have huge parking place, but also comfy room, great gym, located in strategic location in Solo, and the most important one: their employers are really friendly!

Enjoyable and affordable.”
We enjoyed the clean and comfy bed as well as the breakfast. Yet the sanitary equipments in the family deluxe room need renewal. The shower knob didnt work, the toilet closet worked after we called the staff who came immediately. Parts of the building are rustic.

A little hard to find this hotel especially this is the first time for me to visit this city. The hotel located at the back of Novotel, so I had to enter through Novotel entrance to find this hotel. The parking space was spacious with basement parkings, the ceiling lobby was so high and well organized. The staffs were very helpful although I had to wait 30 minutes to get my room dues to high occupancy.. I noticed the health protocol was quite loose,
