Amazing Stay!!”

My friend and I stayed here for only 1 night, but now wish we could have made it longer. Whatever brings your to Trier, this is a fantastic place to stay. Location is central. The hotel is clean and rooms were huge. I'm not sure if we were upgraded, but we had a lovely little sitting area in our room, with steps going down to a massive bathroom. We were able to open the windows and look out on the square below, which has such an incredible European feel. Staff was very helpful when we needed anything. And the Italian Restaurant, right in the courtyard (L'Osteria I believe), served one of my most memorable meals on my entire 2 week trek around Europe. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

Just what you need for a weekend in Trier”

This hotel is very well located in the center of Trier. It is very modern and clean. Big plus is the parking space next to the hotel which given the location is very convenient.

Good location”

We had noise at our room (constantly running water above), so we asked to be moved to another room. The view wasn't fantastic, but overall experience is good. Very nice location and the entrance looks very picturesque. Parking is not included and cost 17 euro.

Zentrale Lage zum zu hohen Preis”

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Hotel sieht super aus. Die Räume sind gut ausgestattet, aber nicht zu 100 % sauber. Das Angebot beim Frühstück könnte breiter sein. Preis/Leistung hat daher nicht ganz gepasst.

Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen ”

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nahe des Centrum und es ist modern eingerichtet. Leider wurde die Möglichkeit des Frühstücks zu Zeiten von Corona katastrophal umgesetzt. Es wurde ein sehr dürftige Lunch-Paket zu Verfügung gestellt, welches man sich morgens in einer langen Schlange mit entsprechender Wartezeit abholen musste. Das Hotel bietet aber keinerlei Sitz-Möglichkeiten an und die Zimmer sind zum Frühstücken nicht eingerichtet. Trotz großem Verständnis für notwendige Einschränkungen kann man doch vieles besser organisieren. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist unzureichend zumal wir trotz Parkgebühr den Wagen nicht mehr hätten nutzen können, da es keine Garantie gibt den Platz nach einem Ausflug wieder zu bekommen. Es gibt ein öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe, jedoch keine Cooperation mit dem Hotel. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist aufgrund Corona ausgeblieben, das war uns bekannt. Allerdings sollten doch wenigstens die Mülleimer geleert werden wenn man schon auf dem Zimmer frühstücken muss. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ruhige Lage in der Stadt”

Gute zentrale Lage in historischem Gebäude, Preis-Leistung gut, gutes Frühstück - auch wenn es Standard ist, große Zimmer - leider ohne Schreibtisch/Tisch (für Geschäftsreisende eher ungünstig), sehr ruhige Lage - jedoch sind die Wasserabfluss-Geräusche der oberhalb liegenden Badezimmer sehr laut, insgesamt aber gute Möglichkeit zentral zu übernachten
