"The best location, ski out directly to resort. Have to mention great staff with great service. I miss the bus because the ENG version time table didn't update, not hotel's fault but manager were so nice to give every help he could get, have to visited in the future."

"An old hotel . Tho excellent . The staff were brilliant, tho limited English, attended to our needs brilliantly, with kindness and extremfully caring when my husband was injured. The dining room staff where happy , smiling and & friendly, Highly skilled management staff. WE cannot thank them enough for there help in transport us to main bus station. Even googled elbow crutches from Amazon, delivered in 24 hours. Joy oh joy. Thank you Silk Hotel. Ian & Di Clark"
