Nice hostel for young people ”
The location of hostel is excellent, the east wall of Berlin is just nearby. And there is a Metro station just a few minutes walk away from the hostel. You can travel to the city centre easily. However, there is a weird point is that in the dorm, they don’t provide a charger port by the bed, which makes me needed to go beside the table to charge my phone. and I am on the top bunk which makes it inconvenient for me. I’m not sure about other room, but my room is like this. Overall it’s still a good hostel. There are many facilities like the ping-pong tables and also the pool table.

Great value + clean”
I had a great time at the hostel! Very clean facilities, good space, friendly staff, very good price---I paid 46 USD total for three nights. When i checked in, i was informed of wifi, but i did not know that i needed to pay for bedding (2.20 EUR), towel (1.5 EUR), and deposit for lock (5 EUR). Nor did i get informed that there was a kitchen where you can store food (refrigerator and freezer). All these things i had to ask for, which meant going back and forth to the reception. It would be nice with a laminated card for the receptionist to briefly highlight the amenities at the hostel when checking in and especially inform of the bedding and towels. A great time, and if i would stay in this part of berlin again, i would prefer to be here.

Very good hostel, cheap and amazing location”
This was my second time in industriepalast and it was very good! Also the price in comparison to the location is amazing! Please note that bed sheets are not included. The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the showers only stay on for like a few seconds so you literally have to push it with your back to even be able to shower. Nonetheless the showers and toilets were very clean!

Awesome hostel, would like to stay again”
Really loved the hostel. Situated 3 minutes away from the mall, train and metro stations. Rooms are big (amount of sockets is not enough though), there's a sink, table, chairs and lockers inside each. Lobby is really nice and cosy, you could find lots of wonderful people hanging out there. Beer in the bar is not super expensive. Another nice thing is a swing in the backyard. Showers are really strange, you have to push the button every 2 seconds for water continue coming. Otherwise everything was perfect, would absolutely love to stay there again.

You get what you pay for. Staff were nice facilities were okay. Visited berlin for a concert and the hostel was very close to verti hall which is why I'd say a had a good stay. Really depends on what you're looking for!

Didn’t enjoy the stay”
Unfortunately my stay wasn’t that great (bad roommates). The hostel has great staff and good value breakfast. There are no socket near the bed and the lockers need locks to be asked for at the reception. Shower and toilet are separate and is shared on the floor. I’d rather pay more for better stay.

It’s a great place the dormitory are mixed with both guys and girls, plus the rooms are quiet and. The view of the city and train passing by out of the window is great, but I think the sockets should be close to the beds and this way I don’t have to jump down every time to charge and pick up my phone whilst disturbing who is on the down bunk.

The staff was not at all friendly and the bed was already used. They just gave a bedsheet and told to make it yourself. I don’t mind mind putting on the bedsheet or cover but atleast one expect the blanket to be folded not wrangled all around the bed.

A saff was rude as hell”
A counter staff was so rude. The accommodation building was on a water drainage construction for 3~4h in the morning. I couldn't shower on time so I was late a bit from check out time. The staff forced me to pay more so I did which was unfair. I was busy so I didn't complain more to the manager. He didn't admit the hostel's fault that couldn't offer water in shower booths and all sinks in the morning and the staff was angry🙃 This is my first time to write a bad review on the internet.

The staff is superb very helpful knowledgeable friendly. Facilities nice good atmosphere lounge area is good to meet people watch tv. Room was clean. I needed a bottom bunk and hostel reserved it for me. A lot of hostels don't do that. Hostel very close to s bahn station so moving around wasn't a problem. There were eating facilities very close by To me the distance from the main train station is the only negative point. However I would stay there again as price is very good

Worth for its price”
The hostel was so clean and organised with friendly staff. The location is perfect if you're planning to visit the Berlin Wall or Mercedes Benz arena. Overall super worth the price!

What an experience! had a great time staying at the Industriepalast, the place was a 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest station, and other sightseeing places. very recommended!

Great location and good value”
This hostel is a minute away from S/U Bahn stations, and a bunch of supermarkets and Kebabhaus are nearby too. The staff was so nice. I made a casual request asking if I could get a bottom bunk, and to my surprise, there was a note in a bottom bunk saying this bed is reserved for me. This was a quite nice gesture and I super appreciate it. I think the staff member was Lynda.. thanks a lot Lynda. There is also a nice bar with inexpensive drinks in the evening with subtle music too. There is a €2 charge for blankets and linen, which I think is per change, and not per night if you reuse the same blankets. I suppose it's a way to save money and/or get clean sheets as frequently as you want.
