Not according to Agoda booking”
We booked 6 rooms on Agoda for a hotel. However, the hotel was closed due to the COVID pandemic. We were then transferred to their resort, which was located a bit further inside. But it was still close to Sanur Beach. Agoda should not have offered the Inna Grand Bali Beach hotel anymore, but only their resort that was still operating. So that customers would not be deceived when they arrive at the location. The resort we stayed at was quite nice and well-maintained. But because there were few visitors, it was very quiet and quite dark at night. We were placed in a cottage near the mini golf and also close to room 2401, which is legendary (the myth says it's the queen of the southern beach). But we still enjoyed it. Maybe it was the charming and peaceful atmosphere of Sanur beach. For those who like tranquility, the location of the Grand Inna Bali Beach Resort is perfect, and the service from the staff was also good. Thank you, Agoda.

Trims Grand Inna”
At first we were surprised that Agoda advertised incorrectly. Our hotel reservation for the tower was changed to the resort without notification. However, with the explanation from the good hotel management and excellent service, we felt comfortable in this resort. For those who need tranquility, this resort is quite good. The room facilities are good and complete. The breakfast with a la carte is also sufficient and satisfying. Overall, we are proud of the staff and resort management from the manager level to the bottom who help each other to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of this resort.

Great Holiday”
I have stayed at Grand Inna Beach Hotel twice. I am very satisfied because it is very close to the beach. The sound of the waves is a relaxation therapy from the hotel balcony. In the morning, you can swim in the clear beach followed by a swim in the exotic hotel pool. Hopefully, I can come here again in the future.

I requested a room at higher floor and they gave me the best wing and the best room to enjoy sunrise just from the balcony. Thank you to the staff. Well, if you want to see the sunrise at the beach, you just need to walk a bit because the hotel has their own access to the beach.

This is the right place if just want to enjoy yourself in one place, despite the regular hotel facilities, you can find - The place for sunrise - The beach is just at the back of the hotel (they actually have several rooms or cottages which face the beach) - Many beachside cafes/restaurants to choose from morning to nighttime - Just a stroll away from the famous Tumblingan street where you can walk around with shops, cafes/restaurants on both sides.

Great Location & Value for Money”
We stayed in the tower where all rooms have a view of the beach. The rooms are a bit old style but spacious and clean. All rooms have a balcony. My bathtub was relatively new but some rooms still have old bathtubs and bathrooms in need of a face lift. The location is perfect for relaxing right on the beach in a quiet spot but it's still easy to get around to the other restaurants and tourist sites. The beach is clean and the pools are large. I have stayed here many times and always find the staff very friendly. The food and service is also very good. Overall great value for money.

Enjoyful vacation”
Actually, the hotel itself is closed due to revitalization. So we were transferred to the other hotel within the area, which is still the same group. We stay in Inna Beach Resort. The hotel is old. I'm not sure if it is their intention to keep it that way or if there is a budget issue. BUT the facilities are still working, AC is cold, hot water is working, the bed is comfortable and the rest is clean. The location is supercalm. I can reach to the other part in Sanur just by walking or by riding a bike. once again please bear in mind that the hotel/resort is old, but the staff is kind and helpful. value for money.

Major fire during our stay DONOT STAY ”
We were evacuated from the building because of a major electrical fire. We moved to the garden bungalows. 2 nd fire in under 20 years. We would never risk it again. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

Although the facility itself was very grand the room we were shown before booking was quite a bit nicer than the room we received at checkin. Yes we could of asked for another room but we got the room for a very good price and the items needing addressed were only cosmetic. Trim needed refreshed . Bed and pillows were comfortable.

staff members were friendly, the room was clean, but some parts of the hotel were under renovation. For Breakfast you can choose one of 2 set options - american or indonesian. the beach is located right in front of the hotel, it is nice and not crowded.
