Room and bathroom very clean, location great for the trains buses and underground but best of all was the hotel receptionist who went out of her way to help me deal with an emergency . I can’t thank her enough. She was also extremely helpful with pointing out places to visit and how to get there all in English. No noise heard from train station when windows were close . Room could do with a paint and towels renewed .

Hotel with good location”
Intercity hotel in Altona has a very good location, it is near to the train station as well as the subway station. There are also a lot of shops and amenities around the area and I love the location of this hotel.

worst room on the floor”
We got room just next to the elevator. All night long we heard the machines of the elevstor.Just terrible. Every movement of the elevator we recognized. The hotel was not sold out. So this room should have been the very last, given to guests. But I rhink, they gave only the rooms at the beginning of the floor to the guests, so it is essier for the maid to have all used rooms all together.

Great hotel. Close to the Station and centre of town. Access to everything and they gave me a ticket for all public transport for my whole stay.

Position on station very important. Often leave too early for breakfast, but when taken very good. Could do with thicker or extra pillows. Probably available if I'd asked.

The staff and Hall were more noicy than the trains”
The cleaning staff wouldnt let you sleep. Before 9 o clock bóth saturday and sunday the staff entered the room, or knocking ón the door several times. At 9 o clock someone Else was knocking ón every door ( 20 rooms or more) shouting: mini bar? The cleaning Ladies were very loud in the hallway and was wakuming the rooms with open door. So if you need sleep DONT GO. ( I did put on the dont disturb sign on the door! But no respect)The room was were small and the madras was covered in plastic under the sheet very uncomftable. I knew the hotel was ón the railway and that was ok but just under the windows the entrance for the train for Cars and mc were. And they were waiting with Their engine ón. One evening it was harley Davidson meeting -15 waiting. Nice bikes but imagine the noice! When we were checking out the cleaning lady was waiting in the Hall outside the door and couldnt wait to get started... Very stressfull we left 11.45 - check out is at 12.

Easy to reach by train, everything you need close by (food, electronics, clothes etec...), nice buffet breakfast .. and only 5 minutes by bus to our office !

Lage super, aber unflexibel”
Guter Ausgangspunkt, um den schönen Stadtteil Oteensen zu erkunden. Außerdem ist man direkt am Gleis, sehr praktisch für An und Abreise. Leider hatten wir ein Business Zimmer mit Fenster zum läuten Gleis Bereich (eigentlich war die höhere Zimmerkategorie anders angekündigt). Wir waren zwei Nächte zu zweit, eine eine Person allein, das Hotel war nicht fähig, dies für uns so zu buchen, wir müssten drei Nächte das Doppelzimmer zahlen. Zimmer sauber und ok, Housekeeping leider sehr penetrant (klopfen an und stehen schon im Zimmer)

Gute Lage schöne Zimmer nettes Personal Frühstück zu teuer für das Angebot 34 für ein Frühstück für zwei Personen halte ich für übertrieben würde das nächstemal außerhalb Frühstücken gehen ist wesentlich günstiger.
