Pretty close to the center of town but not right in the middle. Rooms were clean and modern but the hallways kind of basic. The staff was fantastic! Extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely go back to this hotel if I'm ever back in Hamburg.

Just near to Hamburg Messe, others is ok. No water heater. I called reception if they have hot water/ water heater, they said I can take it from the bar. When I come down to the bar and ask for hot water to bring to my room, they didn't allow me to do so.

Positively surprised”

I was expecting a good clean business hotel, which I found. On top I was very pleased with the location and the free HVV ticket to travel public transport.

Nice business hotel for conference attendees”

This is my second stay at the InterCity. Came for a conference at the CCH. Primary reason for choosing this hotel is that it's a five minute walk from there. Rooms are modern and clean and well insulated. WiFi works well with excellent reception in my room. I'm fully satisfied.

Perfect for a quick weekend”

Great location, very close to underground stop, but also walking distance from most places. Lovely shower and lovely views. I would definitely use this hotel again

Convenient to convention hall”

Average, not much attractions surrounding the hotel, the only credit point is the hotel is very near to the exhibition hall.

These people have no idea about what good service means. If you hate your job, just quit; otherwise keep smiling, be welcoming and be nice! A hotel is in the service industry

Gutes Hotel nur ist die Klimaanlage zu schwach und die Zimmer viel zu warm in der Nacht. Fenster kann man nur auf Spalte öffnen dann geht die Klimaanlage total aus. Kein Restaurant wie gesagt und Frühstück viel zu teuer. 17 Euro

super Nah zur Messe, sehr gute Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr , mit Parkhaus über Messe/Ost, ein paar kleine Renovierungsarbeiten sind nötig. Ansonsten gutes Preis/Leistungsniveau. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein gewisser Nachteil ist dass die nächste U-Bahn relativ weit weg ist und der kürzeste Weg zum Dammtor durch den allerdings sehr schönen Planten und Blomen führt. Das Hotel hat einen sehr guten Standard , kleine Extras wie freie Zeitungen und ein HVV Ticket während des Aufenthaltes sind erwähnenswert.

Freundliches Personal, Sauber, gute Lage, man kommt schnell überall hin und hat sogar noch grün (Park) vor der Nase....wir kommen gerne wieder...
