The most ideal option”

Great business hotel in a perfect location”

Well located with the bus pass. Spacious comfy room.

Great choice for whatever reason you are staying at Mainz. Just outside west exit of the Hauptbahnhof. The free bus pass allows you to go anywhere. Spacious room that was clean too. Only downfalls were wifi was slow, and the key cards didnt work every day.

nice hotel”

I stayed for one night at the standard single room . The room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly. Public transport ticket was included in the price of the room but it was useless since the Altstadt is not far from the hotel. Instead I would prefer to have free breakfast included.

not very business friendly”

room size, heating, walking distance to railway station

I would rate it as a 3 star hotel because it only offers the bare minimums. No kettle, coffee, tea in the rooms. No separate shampoo, shower gel. No conditioner, soap, etc. It is positioned as a business hotel yet the Internet is very slow. it takes ages to check-in online for instance. Upgrade is expensive. Staff is cold just doing the bare minimum. In addition the restaurant was closed on Sunday. Also annoying that my card key didn't work when I went back to the room and when asked for a new one I had to prove my identity again. Not friendly! Especially as I've been talking to reception for half an hour just before that. I would not go back. They are offering free tickets for public transport but Mainz is a city that you can explore on foot easily - so that wasn't much of a value for me.

Affordable business hotel near by Frankfurt”

Affordable, clean, and right out Mainz station

We decided to stay in this hotel as all the hotels were exorbitant during the Light and building trade exhibition. The plus points are its outside Mainz stations so Frankfurt Am Main is just 30 mins away from you. The air conditioning was not working for 2 days, but was manageable since its cold weather. The Internet is pretty slow and not upto the mark for a busines hotel. Takes ages to connect.May be it was fully booked during my stay.

Reasonably comfortable facility. Access from the main train station is very easy, Could have a good rest and sleep. the staff are friendly and courteous. One small problem we faced was that our bags had been removed before our cheek out time and once they were returned some small items we left in the room had been thrown with garbage.
