Nice Facilities with good hospitality ”
The hotel was quite clean and well managed. Enjoyed the breakfast with excellent taste and variety. Swimming was enjoyable in the pool. Staff were very hospital and kind as well.

Facility and amenities were Great, but the room at the check-in wasn't ready. And though the stay was prepaid, i had to pay two times deposit amount which is not quite professional (one time was by mistake). i hope hotel management will look into these details which will make the stay much better.

I usually travel to Bahrain with family although it was my first time stay in Intercontinental Manama. Clean and comfortable rooms were one of the best of my experience in all the hotels. Great swimming pool for children and elder. nice location and quite. High quality of food served whether in rooms and restaurant. I will definitely stay only in Intercontinental Manama when I visit Bahrain.

Nice hotel, good price”
It's a very clean hotel, quite modern, sadly the doormen aren't always there when you need them to drop of your car. People are friendly, everything looks new. During my stay the do not disturb button (it's a switch near the door) didn't work, so was woken up everyday. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Note that you have to ask for a shower or tub. Depends on the room. Check out was SUPER fast. Overall, very good stay.

the only real issue that i had with this hotel was the outdoor pool jacuzzi and spa area with the bar. the drinks we ordered, even though they had liquor available came from the kitchen. this kept every round to a minimum of around 10 minutes per order. the jacuzzi itself was actually broken, so we switched hotels because the january weather was a bit too cold for my wife, even thought she was comfortable in the well heated pool. fix the jacuzzi and this place would be perfect!

It is a nice place - well appointed and good location, but we were put in a smoking room - very disgusting. They shouldn't have them in the first place! There are other hotels in the same area, just as nice for less, but other than the bad room, the service is great.
