A bit surprised”
I had a hard time finding a hotel in the middle of GW, but I found a cheap plan right near Nagahoribashi Station. It was around 13k for 3 nights. The entrance made me think I went to the wrong place, it was so grand. The front desk had a mid-range style with chairs to sit on. I thought maybe I got the price wrong for one night, but it seems that wasn't the case. Maybe it was some kind of campaign. The staff's responses were polite, and it gave me the impression of a mid-range hotel rather than a business hotel. The room was like a business hotel, but the bathtub was spacious and comfortable. It seems that linen exchange is not included for consecutive nights, but they accommodated my request for free. I requested it around 2 pm after staying for a long time, so I was very grateful. The 11 am check-out time was also helpful, and they even lent me an umbrella on a rainy day, so it was a very pleasant stay including the hospitality. Of course, it depends on the price, but if it's around the price of a business hotel chain, I think this place has better quality. The location is also good, so I recommend it.

Clean, well-maintained, spacious, and friendly staff”
As soon as I entered, I felt a different atmosphere with the traditional interior that is hard to find in other hotels. The facilities are a bit old, but the room is relatively spacious compared to other Japanese business hotels (there is a large desk and even if you put your luggage on the floor, there is enough space) and it feels well-maintained and clean. Some consumables are freely available in the lobby, and the staff are very friendly. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to Dotonbori. I stayed for 2 nights and did not request room cleaning or amenities in the middle, but I was impressed with the service as the amenities were placed in front of the room while I was out.

Great hotel for a 2-night stay”
Neat and traditional front desk! I chose the most basic room, but there was a bathtub in the room and a space where I could put two suitcases! The most important thing is that Shinsaibashi Station is really close, and although it was a bit far from Dotonbori, it was still good for a walk. Actually, when I had a late-night snack, the quieter and more restaurant-filled Shinsaibashi area was better than the crowded Dotonbori, so the location was good! The staff were also friendly and nice.

Only prob is there was no microwave in the room, and the aircon is centralized so if you feel hot you might not be comfortable.

Stayed for couple of nights in this Victorian-style like hotel. Good value for money. Close to Dotonbori and train station. Quiet neighborhood too. The room was good size, definitely bigger than Tokyo. Staff were helpful, speaks English and avail 24hrs. I would come back again.

Exceeded expectations”
Location was brilliant. Staff were lovely and spoke English if that is important to you. The hotel is seemingly built in a very old fashioned hotel which gives it a super cool feel and is an all around great place. I'd highly, highly recommend this hotel, 10/10 :)

Great Location and Breakfast”
Great location! The hotel is a few steps away from 2 subway stations (Shinsaibashi and Nagahobashi). It’s also a few steps a from the famous Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and about 5mins away from Dotonbori. Breakfast is superb and hotel staff are very helpful and polite.

Exceptional”
Google map direction don't give shortest route. There is an exit/entrance from the train station which is like 2 mins away from hotel. Near to namba shopping streets, can walk all the way to main namba station, lots of things to see/eat along the way. Or if u walk underground, also will somehow bring you to namba station. It's a well connected underground. Room wise it's the usual not that big but acceptable size for sleeping.

Access to underground shopping mall in 1 minute walk. Convenient stores also close just round the corner. Very nice, spacious and well equipped family suite. We enjoyed staying here.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days and the moment I stepped inside the lobby to check in, I already fell in love with the ambience. It is located near train stations and Shinsaibashi so I always go there every night. I love how clean the room is and the staffs are accommodating and friendly. I also loved their breakfast buffet and I would definitely come back to this hotel once I go back to Osaka. I had a great experience in Japan, thanks to IP City Hotel for being my home while I was there.

Value for money paid”
Stayed there for 2 nights to attend a concert in Osaka. First of All, the value for money you pay (cost performance/コスパ)is extremely good. I only paid just a bit over 10,000 yen for 2 nights. Lovely lobby, quick but professional check-in, 2 free bottled water each night stocked in the fridge in your room, location, size of the room...(just to name a few) were great. I'd love to stay there again if I get a chance to visit Osaka in the future. コスパ最高でした。心斎橋駅の一番近い出口から徒歩2分ほどでしょうか。近くにコンビニもありますのでふらっと出るのにも便利。 ロビーはアンティーク風? というかちょっとした王宮のようでお値段と建物自体の規模の割にすごく高級感があります。 チェックアウト後も手荷物を預かっていただき助かりました。大阪に来る機会がまたあればぜひまた利用したいと思います。

We had no complaints during our visit. Staff are friendly and helpful. Allowing us to check-in before the time. The location is great and so convenient. Walking distance to the Dotonbori and Station.
