Great Spot”
My family and I were looking for a place near Hua Hin that gave us space and good value for money; we found it! The place was huge. We had two big rooms, 3 bathrooms, a dining area, kitchen, living room, pool and even an outside shower. Whilst not within walking distance of Hua Hin, we were a 10 minute drive and had restaurants and the market nearby. We will come back with a group of us!

Lovely house for group of friends or family. The house was clean, staffs were friendly. The only thing we are not so much of a fan was breakfast, but it was understandable as it was not buffet and staff have to serve us at the house. It was a great trip, recommended!

Pros - A pool villa suitable for a family or a group of couples - 3 bedrooms with own bathroom and a toilet in kitchen - Breakfast served for eating in dining room every morning - Televisions with netflix and youtube in all bedrooms - Clean and not much deep pool - Easy contact to the front via line app Cons - The resort is quite far from the sea - There are no many lights in the main road to the resort. Quite dangerous to drive back to the resort at night. - Breakfast tasted so so.

Though the villa was slightly out of the main city area in Hua Hin, it was totally worth it! It is gorgeous and clean, quiet area. Staff were really welcoming and nice. Perfect for a family/friends vacation. Highly recommend to drive if you're booking this villa. Will definitely come back if we are back in Hua Hin.

Stunning and spacious dream house in a quiet area of Hua Hin. The in-villa BBQ is amazing. After dinner, we enjoy playing and partying in the pool & Jacuzzi with some chilled out music. The next day, detox in the steam room. This hotel is perfect for friends, family or romantic get-away.

The only one problem for this villa excepted is some items are broken and needed to be fixed or replaced. The rest is all about beautiful, specious and comfortable villa! Staffs are super friendly and helpful when needed. Location is 10min drive from Hua Hin City and just a min to floating market. We really enjoy staying there and will look forward to be back again!

We were like OMG every second since we arrived and all times during our stay coz it's a real luxury brand new private big house with huge living room, huge bedroom and a fancy washroom with a fantastic bubble bathtub and nice outdoor shower, smart TV, dining room and private pool villa for families+friends party! Free bicycle ride around and lots of water provided. I emailed them to request birthday decoration before we check-in and WOW thanks to Suki and the X2 Oasis team wholehearted effort and sincerity, y'all not only surprise my bf but also ME by sudden walk in with bday cake, so lovely!! Thanks for making my bf's bday and our 1st anniversary so special and romantic, words can't describe my feeling. We love the balloons and flowers in heart shape on our bed and everything, it's the sweetest house warming we've ever experienced! Everything are so clean and new, so grateful y'all created us such an unforgettable memory in Thailand, this is the best happiest ending before our trip back home. The villa is clean and is conveniently located 10 minutes from town. It is suitable if you are driving . The amenities are perfect and the pool is good size. Not only is it a villa but it also has services of a hotel. The barbecue was also convenient, tasty and good value. Breakfast is really well run and the selection is good. I like how they have taken care of little things such as having lids for the milk and ice to keep the food cold.

The hotel is soooo cheap considering what we got. 3 bedrooms all with bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an actual human size pool. We are a family of 6 with one 60YO grandmom and one 4YO toddler and the rest are in our 30s. We all had a great time here. We even thought of extending our stay for another night. Unfortunately the hotel staff said our room was already booked. I came back to Bangkok and I recommend the hotel to all my friends. Seriously worth every baht.

Very impressive brand new Villas. ”
I travel all over the world very often, most of the time I stay in 5 star hotels. The experience at the X2 was really enjoyable, can't compare to a hotel. The property had everything I needed and much more, I could have easily brought my big family and be super comfortable. The private pool, the comfortable bed, the outdoor shower, so much space, the kitchen, the dining table, everything was spot on, luxurious in many ways. Our breakfast was delicious, A la Carte. The staff were very friendly, made us feel warm and welcome as soon as we arrived, from the GM introducing herself to the check in staff, really impressed with the world class surface, didn't really expect it to be honest.

me and my family had a great time here. pros: rooms were big, the security were super friendly and helpful, staffs were efficient, two dogs there were cute n friendly, the pool was clean, most of the things were good, toilet is really nice and modern, shower place is awesome, and the water pressure was good. cons: breakfast choice too limit, blanket too thin which is not comfy, the wind of air conditioner in the room were too strong and blowed directly to your head (all 3 rooms), and no hot water in the master bedroom toilet, so we need to use the toilet in the other room for shower
