What a hotel man!!! Safety, security and hospitality. Munich's best hotel by far. They have an array of options- for business people to backpackers. Especially food is cheap, beer is cold and Nao and Clara are doing an amazing job. Hats off to receptionists, cleaners, security guards and workers of Jaegers. Best people ever.

They provide free locker, and there’s a bar on the ground floor. Therefore, there are lots of young people gathered on the ground floor. The room is very quiet, I really enjoy my night here.

The dormitory room was clean, staffs were friendly and helpful, and they let me to keep my luggages at their storage room so I can travel around the city lightly after I checked out.

Staff was so sweet ”
Dorm was exactly enough and staff was very helpful. Corona precautions were satisfactory and was a really short walk to Bahnhof...which was important because I didn’t want to walk alone in an unsafe area/have a long walk for my early morning train.

I have stayed there just for 1 night in 4 beds dorm. Room is quite big, with lockers, table, chears and bathroom with toilet inside. Hostel are so big, located on 5 floors, have elevator and in 5 minute walking distance from central trainstation. Only one minus: at night was cold inside the room :(

Location is very near to HBF station. Room is good only downside is there is no floor towel provided in the bathroom which make it very slippery after 2 ppl showered.

the hotel is conveniently located as it is in the center of Munich.places of interests are within 3 to 5 blocks away, within walking distance... plus, it is as well few walks away from the main train station.room is clean, good hot shower and good wi fi. had some inconvenience when i checked in and showed my agoda voucher to the reception desk, he (the staff, i already forgot his name) would not honor the agoda voucher and asked me to pay cash 48 euro for my two nights stay instead...such was a "good welcome" to a very tired guest hoping to have a good nice bed for the night booked some days in advance and convinced that there will be no hassle as it was the case in other hotel/hostel in Europe that i reserved thru Agoda. after an hour of what seemed to me the most tiring part of my European tour - the waiting in the lobby of Jaeger's Hostel of an answer from the customer service of Agoda and/or an answer from the hotel management as i wrote email (cc) to both of what could be done to my predicament , the hotel staff did what he should have done before telling me to pay in cash... he called someone that i suppose is the manager, and thanks heaven , i finally got my card key ! it was nice gesture from the management of Jaeger's to wrote an apology email to me . Its much appreciated.

Comfortable stay with excellent staffs”
The stay at Jaeger's was excellent. The staffs were very attentive to our needs and were willing to go the extra mile to help us with our requests. Rooms were very clean and toilets were superb.

Great location, but room a bit noisy”
Overall our stay was good. We were in Munich for Oktoberfest and the location is awesome as it was a very easy 10 minute walk to the festival! The room was big enough for the 2 of us and the bathroom facilities were large and modern. The only issue we experienced was due to the location of the room. It was right next door to the elevator and the door leading to the stairs. Unfortunately the hydraulic arm on the door leading to the stairs didn't work properly and every time someone went through the door, it slammed shut! This was very annoying as we were woken up very time this happened, and it happened a lot with lots of people coming home from Oktoberfest. We noticed that on the first and second floor, the door was propped open as this must be an annoyance for most guests. We tried to prop the door open on our floor (3rd) but this did not work. Other than this small, but highly annoying issue, the place was good.

Great location near Hauptbahnhof. Staff helpful and friendly. Great reception space. Def do need own lock for locker and own towel - but it's only a Euro a day if you forget (you do need to put a cash deposit down too).

Room cleanliness & value for money ”
This hotel is good but only recommend for short stay. It is very convenient for you to walk from munich train station. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. You can keep your luggage in their locker and it's free. Good service provided by this hotel staff as well. Would recommend to my friends.

Great location and breakfast”
It was easy to go around Munich from here. Rented a bike and went all over the city. Breakfast buffet was great.
