could have been better, need more maintenance ”
stayed here with extended family of 15 people, paid 7 extra beds with the booking. we stayed at a 4-bed room villa Padang which has a kitchen and a living room as well as a multi function room on the 1st floor. Unfortunately some facilities were not well maintained such as the water heater. Only 1 out of 4 bathrooms has a functioned heater. and it only lasted for 15 mins or so before the water got cold again. cleanliness should also be improved. we had to wash the plates and mugs available in the kitchen due to some black/brown stains on them. the pool didnt have a temperature controlled system, so water was cold. please also be aware that you may stay during large corporate group outing. thus your neighbors could be very noisy. in our case, the people at the villa next to us stayed up late until 1am and they really didn't bother with their loud voices.

Very worthed ”
The hotel provide private experience, very good in this pandemic situation. You'll get own villa and you can swim in front of your villa for several type of villas. This hotel also has very good restaurant, cozy, just try outdoor area so you can relax sit in the ground with stars as the ceiling. The food is good, reasonable price, and the coffee is realy nice. Some things that need improvement is cleanliness in the swimming pool, ponds, and several kids playground is malfunction. Also the availability of the staffs arround the area, but you have phone inside the room, so it's not too necessary unless you left your key inside the room, you'll need to reach front office by walk more than 500m (this is happens to me)

Good location not far from Jakarta”
Good location, verynice weather, nice view but the staff not really good, there is no room service, they never pick up the phone when we want to order. Very bad breakfast, the price is not worth it.The room nice but not really clean. When we arrived some group had some gathering and very noise and make a pool dirty, but they cleaned the day after that and lucky at that time we came on weekday, so we got what we want, peacefully. We really enjoy the weather and the view. But overall is OKAY. Hopefully Jambuluwuk can learn from mistakes.

Room not as advertised”
So for those of you who wants to book 1 bedroom villa, please note that essentially you will stay at 2 or 3 bedroom villa but they will lock the other bedrooms. We found out that the villa is not as advertised in agoda, especially on the the bathroom and the kitchen where it was smaller, looks different compared to the pictures and so dirty. After complaining on the above issue with the reception, they moved us to the villa with the same quality as advertised. However we had a problem with the shower where the hot water was not working. The breakfast is so standard, nasi uduk with chicken nugget, egg and bihun. They also gave us fried banana and chilled juice. We stayed at vila papua and it was near the road and hence we could hear the sound from cars and motorcycle.

love our visit to jambuluwuk.. i went with my big family of 13 and booked 4 room premier. the villa was quite large, with 2 floor consist of 2 rooms in each floor with ensuite bathroom for each rooms. it has complete kitchen utensils, ex: rice cooker, pan, water, and stove so we can cook our own dinner. the staff were very kind and offer us to buy our cooking ingredient. there were some lack on the facility such as : missing key to porch door, the light off on the porch, and also some ants crawling on the bed / floor.. but the staff were very quick to help and replace / clean everything. the place are very natural and quite cold , u dont have to go far to puncak to enjoy nature and cool area. it suppose to have 3 swimming pools, bit i only saw 2. we also enjoy the karaoke with quite good sound, tough bit small room for 12 people. . but price is reasonable. breakfast was quite nice and delivered to villa, so 12 of us can share the 8 people breakfast without have to pay extra.. ( we can also cook something in the kitchen) too bad we went there together with 2 very large groups event, there were loud speaker for the event since morning which kinda ruin the atmosphere and our sleep. overall its a very satisfying stay and great bonding time with my family. hope to be back again.

Perfect place for weekend”
Location is near Bogor (via Tajur) , no traffic jam like going to Puncak., that’s very important for me ! This place has 3 types of villas ( 2/3/4 bedrooms) is perfect for family or group . I stayed at 4 bedrooms villa which is huge and add 4 convy extra beds (even more) and still got a lot of space. Inside villa has kitchenettes and dispenser . This place has some facilities like swimming pool, billiard , karaoke , fishing etc. They provide wheelchair too for senior or maybe disable. Perfect place for weekend !

Happy with our cabin”
This was our first trip to Jambuluwuk and we loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious, there was a lot of outdoor activities for the kids, we all enjoyed the 'green' environment with beautiful trees and flowers, and the friendly service of the staff. It felt like a real retreat away from the busy Jakarta traffic and noise. The only thing we were disappointed with was the restaurant food. But overall a beautiful place, we highly recommend it and we'll be back to visit again
