Great room, shame about the check in procedure”
We really liked the room with it being compact, clean and well equipped for our 3 night stay with even its own in room washing machine. The hotel is located a 20 min walk from Kyoto Station and a 5 min walk to the nearest subway at Kujo. There are lots of restaurants close by and a convenience store on the corner. The only downside was the check in procedure which either I missed on booking or was omitted. To check in you are asked to make your way to the Hotel Japaning office on the 3rd floor of a building about a 10 min walk from Kyoto station. The office entrance is actually inside the 100k restaurant. The staff seem used to travellers and their suitcases trundling through the busy restaurant and direct you to double swing doors, behind which is the elevator. Once you manage this one of the staff will check you in, and in our case, you will be given a very poorly printed map and access codes. You can leave your cases Not a problem if you have data but a strange way to do it all.

Hotel is easy to access with the access code provided. Management also provided the shuttle bus to took us to the hotel. Is a high recommended hotel in Kyoto area. Only thing is, no staffs is available in hotel even from office hours, it maybe is not so convenient is any emergency happen.

Spacious, clean and new”
Enter building by keypads so no need to be concerned about physical keys or card. Room had a washing machine! No instructions on how to navigate but can simply use a translating app. Location less than 10 minute walk to tokufuji station. Kyoto station is about 17 minutes. Check in is easy (via email instructions). No staff present and not required. If you need assistance, you can always call via their front desk phone. Great place, would stay again.

This hotel didn't mention that if guest wanted early check in then need to go to their office... They shld indicate this memo in their description so that guest can get this important information other else guest will direct go to the hotel before check in time and they may wish drop their luggage over there but end up they shld leave their luggage in the hotel office instead of hotel proprerty

From website, mentioned do provide free shuttle service. however called the customer service no from the 'empty' receptionist desk. been advised the shuttle service to head office? also didnt mention clearly where it's their head office too if not i can have a ride if its nearby to kyoto station. If the shuttle service to their office only, do mention it clearly in webiste or don't mention at all if only to their office. i can't see the handy phone provided in the room too. the dusty head board & the hotel is located at quiet neighbour hood (housing area), so will easily lost track as no sign board to read & also difficult to ask people around too. it's only cheap for the price, that's ALL

They provided timed shuttle bus from their base which is less than 10min from the train station. We were slightly late and they waited for us which we really appreciated.

The hotel gave me the room which was uncleaned and worst I did not know how to contact the hotel until the second day I sent email by attaching the dirty room. I stayed 2 nights and they were very disppointed. I will never come back to the hotel again.

Todo correcto, limpieza, todo muy nuevo”
Las instalaciones se nota que son bastantes nuevas, esta todo muy limpio, el check-in sin llaves es de lo mas comodo que hay, vas directamente al hotel y entras con tu codigo. La ubicacion es algo alejada de la estacion central de Kyoto (10 min andando) pero si eso no te importa esta muy cerca de otra parada de tren de JR. Muy recomendado, se vende como hotel pero es basicamente un apartamento.

Ideal para economizar”
El alojamiento está ubicado a 15 minutos de la estación de Kyoto. Es un barrio tranquilo, por lo que a la noche no hay mucho para hacer. La habitación cuenta con cocina, microondas, heladera y lavarropas,lo que la hace ideal para ahorrar. A unos 50 metros hay una tienda lawson 100, y a 100 metros una parada de colectivos

部屋は清潔で良かったです。ただ、やはり音が聞こえてきます。特に、上階の人の歩く音が結構聞こえてくるので、神経質な人には向かないかも。

位置距離京都車站要步行16分鐘，對拖著行李的人來說，入住跟離開都不是很方便 住宿過程全自助沒有員工，讓第一次住的人會很不安 建議不想到他在京都辦公室check in的人直接回信跟客服要入住密碼，不然還要跑辦公室再到旅館很不人性化

因為行程上有變動，臨時訂了當天的房間，服務人員雖然不在現場但電話溝通很清楚英文也很流利👍 房間設備超棒還有小廚房，小缺點就是離公車站跟地鐵站都還有一小段，攜帶大行李箱的話會覺得有點累ＸＤ 總體非常推薦～

아담한 객실. 객실내 취사ㆍ세탁기 최곱니다. 위치도 교토역과 충분히 걸어갈수있고 숙소근처 조용해서 좋아요. 편의점도 숙소나와서 우측으로 40발자국 가면됨. 바로코앞 . Tofukuji (도후쿠지) 전철역이 바로근처라서 기온시조역 니넨자카등 관광지 이동 편해요. 쪼금 아쉬운건 난방바람이 덜 따시다는거. 5박 머물렀는데 휴지2개뿐.

역에서 저녁넘어 위치찾는데 엄청 애먹었다. 예약하고나서 방번호 비번도 안보내주고 무인이라 도착해서 카운터 전화로 달라고 하니까 보내주는데 너무 미흡한 느낌에 치명적인 단점은 방에 무슨 문제가 생기면 와서 해결해줄 사람이 없다. 카운터연결되는 사람도 이런무인 호텔 여러개 돌려가며 응대받는 사람이라 오지않을 거고 전화로 대응하는지라 너무나 소극적인 대응뿐이다. 더군다나 아고다 이중수수료로 환불받는데 여긴 아고다가 결제한게 아니라 자기들이 결제해서 환불금 못받는다. 다른곳 묵으세요.

딱 가격 만큼만 해요”
깔끔하고 가격대비 방도 괜찮아요. 가까이에 편의점도 있고 역까지도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리. 체크인 체크아웃이 따로 없음. 무인으로 운영되기 때문에 불편한 점이 있다. 필요한것을 바로 요청할 수 없다. 심지어 메시지를 남겼는데도 안읽음. 불편한 점 있지만 가격이 싸고 시설이 나쁘지 않아 괜찮았다.
