It is a bit far from the train station. 10 minutes on foot. If you bring large bags with you, it is quite a hassle. It is a self check in hotel. Because i didnt check it beforehand, I was quite shock because there was no staff at the front desk. 🤣 It is written in check in information that they will give further details to check in, but I didnt receive any further information after that. Luckily there is a phone booth in front of the hotel. We used it to call the staff asking for the front door password. Apart from those things, the hotel was 👍👍. It got washing machine, plate, microwave and everything you need! Even a handphone with wifi to use during your trip in Kyoto. My favourite hotel during 8 days trip to Japan! #washingmachineisveryuseful

Loving the facilities”
The main reason why I chose to stay here was the washing machine. The dry fan in the bathroom worked well. I dont have trouble with the whole check in and check out using ipad,but it might be an issue to some. There were no cleaning service for the whole 3 nights stay. Microwave, kettle, hot plate and some cutleries are available in the unit. Short 8 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. Nearest convenient store is lawson . Just like other rooms we stayed in Japan, there were just enough space for 2 persons in the twin room.

Best hotel in kyoto near Kyoto station”
I have been in kyoto several times. This hotel is one of the best one. a very convenience walk from kyoto station and you are there. not much shop open in this area but if you a traveler spend a long day out. this hotel would be my recommendation while you are in kyoto.

Amazed with the self check in system”
Everything is self service and i am quite amazed by the system. Main communication is through email, the staff will update what is happening in kyoto and what to do in kyoto. The room is considered big as is equipped mini kitchen and washing machine. Love the place there, hope we can stay a bit longer to enjoy kyoto.

Quiet but convenient location”
The hotel is about 1km away from Kyoto Station, which makes it convenient, and yet, away from the traffic and pretty quiet. It's a self check-in hotel so can't really rate the staff. But check-in and check-out procedures were very clear. Hotel has everything you need, including microwave, a kitchenette, and washing machine (even with laundry detergent).

Large rooms by Japanese standards. Large bed and bathroom. Our room had a stove top, microwave and some cooking implements. The self check in and check out was fantastic, but you will need access to wifi to receive the alerts needed to check in. The location was a few blocks from Kyoto station.

We had since and clean room. Room heater is very powerful. Nice hotel with great facilities - washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Hotel with self check-in / check-out Close to Kyoto Station.

Conveniently located near the Kyoto Station, where one can easily walk for about 8 mins. The amenities provided are very much welcome, including the laundry machine, which is very convenient for those traveling light and need to wash their clothes. Mobile internet is also provided.

First of all, i love the location of this hotel. It’s nestled among the homes making us feel like a local but at the same time it’s also near Kyoto station. Very easy to find. Very quiet area. Our room had 2queen sized beds, and a proper bathroom. The only con i can say is that room service isn’t provided everyday. But that’s fine since we only slept and bathed there. Overall, value for money. Will definitely stay here again

Quite amazed with the cleaniness of the room and the pressure of water in the bathroom is suprisingly good. The room size is aquadate for couple. Location with such price level is very reasonable. The check in system is convenient and very tech-wise. Thank you for offering to us the room!

There are microwave and even washing machine in the room. Visitors should note that there is room make up service only every 3 days. Requesting additional room make up service costs 2000 yen. The hotel also adopts a self check-in system which you have to check email and follow the corresponding steps to set your password, etc, which may be complicated for the elderly or those without internet access. But to youngsters, the self check-in and check-out process is not that difficult

Very big room for tiny price”
The value of this hotel was perfect! The room was much bigger than we expected. We didn't use the kitchenette but the washer was very helpful for our trip. Room could use a little dusting but otherwise no complaints.

Not a bad stay ”
Hotel is located within 7 minutes from Kyoto station. Both check in and check out do not involve any staff at all. There is no room service unless you stay more than 3 days. The room service will be carried out on the 3 day. The kettle was spoiled resulting in constant boiling which eventually trigger the fire alarm. The fireman ended up coming to check to ensure we are ok. There is not enough power sources to charge your electronics . But overall for the location, i think generally is not so bad.

The only thing I couldn’t rate 5 star was staff because there is no visible staff. It is self check in and Room cleaning is done only after 3rd day of stay, which is no problem for us. The room was small but had refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and washing machine. Nice tub and shower also. Short walk to train stattion, historic neiborhoods and shopping malls. Also had view of Toji Temple that is very near.

Very nice layout and have all you need. Nearby have convenient stores and also big shopping mall with Daiso, supermart etc. Hotel is at the main road but is pretty quiet and abit dark. Stayed 3 nights. Thank you staff😊

Nice room with cell phone provided! *BUT THERE IS A TRAP*”
Location - further from train station than expected - and the road wasn't exactly luggage box friendly - **It is all good if you don't have lots of luggages..** Room - There's a BIG STEP when you open the door to the bedroom and NO LIGHT ON when you first check in. We wished there's a sign somewhere in the room to warn us about it but there was none. My friend almost fell right in the room after she opened the door. **IT IS LIKE A TRAP IN ONE OF THOSE STEPHEN CHOW MOVIES.** Staff - I can't tell if they are friendly or not but I tried calling within office hour once but no one answered the phone... WASHING MACHINE - I love how we have washing machine in the room so we can wash our clothes during our stay. Dry mode in the bathroom is also very helpful in drying our clothes overnight. Overall - it is still a good choice given if you DO NOT have a lot of luggages, especially if you don't have local phone/internet, since they provide one in the room.

Amazing for independent travellers”
The location was a bit confusing to find as the address didn't actually come up on Maps. Make sure you have the email sent to you beforehand in order to get into the building. Place was clean and spacious, loved being able to heat up meals and washing machine in unit was extremely handy. Just make sure you buy laundry detergent and not fabric softner! Would definitely stay again.
