Separate booked for friend - They like it like I do. It has everything you need in the room (fridge, microwave, stove, hair dryers, washing machine, etc). There is a phone provided inside the room (with internet, if you don’t wish to buy simcard/ rent hotspot). Wifi available, no password required, weak on peak hours but strong on non peak hours. There is a small balcony for you to put cloths/ smoke. Everything quite new and clean. Strategically located, family mart just next to the exit & about 5mins walk to hotel. It was an interchange train station too. You can find some coins lockers (drop luggage) there and another mart at another train entrance/exit. We reached few hours earlier and the staff very kind to allow us check-in early. We will definitely choose Japaning hotel again when we come Kyoto again.

Walking distance to subway station which connecting you to every part of Kyoto (Railway facility in Japan is Above Excellent!). The room is spacious which comes with mini kitchen with microwave, medium size fridge and washing machine in the room! Toilet and shower room is separated. Make sure you check you confirmation email carefully where you have registered yourself in their own website with the link given. This hotel is completely running self service concept where you will be given the instructions and guides to check in and check out. A key-less hotel that I always love especially in a country that I feel completely safe every time travelling to Japan.

The hotel is clean, room is wide compare to price. Location is great, it is close to keihan line which I used to travel around Kyoto. Surrounding is quite and peaceful. It just that there was staff at hotel only night time. So you cannot keep the luggage at the hotel but can keep it at M inn at kyoto station which is OK One more good thing is room was ready since 13.00 in my case so I could check in early.

The hotel is not located in Kyoto city thus the affordable price. But there is a nearby train station. It is an ideal stay for a long period but if you are planning to visit nearby areas outside Kyoto or you prefer to stay in the city itself, it might be inconvenient. The hotel itself is clean and new. Quiet neighbourhood. We appreciated the smart phone that we can use for free. Also the hotel offers one-way shuttle services to popular places tourist spots. I don't mind staying here again

A very good self contained studio flat idea for two or one persons, small kitchen and comfortable bed with a lovely luxury duvet. No staff on the grounds but excellent assistance if required by phone and good instructions through out. Note, don't as I did get worried it was not there due to finding an empty space on Google Maps, it is there and quite easy to find from both of the two metros very close to it. Has a 7-11 type store very close by. It has Wifi but it is not very powerful and there is no requirement for a password, which a little poster making that clear would have save some worry as being ill it was a priority to have Wifi to make arrangements to fly home. Be sure to read all the information sent and registered on their web page. Also when arriving at Kyoto Station make sure you visit the Garnet Office which is quite easy to find, their name is displayed outside on the second floor wall. The entrance is through a cafe, just go in and you will be shown where to o.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Feels like locals in Kyoto. It just near supermarket and train station. Hotel is self check-in so don't expect a staff to assist you, but you can call them if you got problem checking in. Everything was really great. I will stay again here!

Pros - location is okay.. just 4 minutes walk from Tambabashi Stn. Easy to go to Nara, Kyoto and Osaka using the Ltd Express trains. Quiet place to rest your tired body after whole day tour. We love the bathroom. This hotel provides Washing Machine and it is a very good initiative. Cons - you cant leave your luggage once you check out however they gave option to leave your luggage in their main office in Kyoto (in front of Kyoto Stn) for free.

Great room, great location. Wifi was a little iffy. The trick with wifi was to connect outside of my room, then it would work in the room. Hotel provided a mobile as well without charge which I could use outside of the room. Great value apartment. Microwave,TV, washing machine, shower toilet etc. 200 meters from train station.

Hotel was near to 2 train station within walking distance. A nearby neighbour shopping mall to get groceries, medicines and clothing too. Easy instructions for check in and out but internet service was out during our stay. Although there is cooking facilities (gas stove and cooking pan only), but the hotel did not cater for both cooking and eating utensils, we have to improvise our plates and utensils. Please look into these areas to provide for future guest who wants to cook in your hotel. Were given 3 queen size bed which were very comfortable but there is no space to unpack our luggages. Nonetheless, not an issue to us. Place is clean and tidy. And neighborhood is quiet in the night. Have a overall good stay in this hotel.

I like the idea of staying at an studio-hotel, everything is new and clean and i had a wonderful stay. Note in mind that the office to check in is not the place you stay! and also, the hotel itself, thought very close to the metro station, but the metro line that you need to take to the city center is about 700-800m away. I would still come back though.

We loved the room we booked for 3 nights! Everything looks very new, is clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other guests or the street. A place where you can easily stay "home" an entire day without feeling the need to get out. Private kitchen, private washing machine, everything was there.

It was a clean and new apartment with kitchen facilities and washing machine but without providing detergent, cloth hanging string and hangers, staff asked us to buy from Daiso. Short walking distance to train station but the hotel should provide clear direction from train station to the property. We were caught with surprise to pay city tax in cash and the hotel should send reminder to the customer after booking confirmation.

It’s near to station only 3-5min walk, staff is very helpful we booked another one night with different room type due to fully booked and we have to leave early morning for Nara, they have us to move our luggage to the new room. It is recommended if you don’t mind stay in calm area and bit far from city.

Apart from the check-in confusion room was perfect and clean, loved the HANDY mobile device with free data. Service apartment/hotel room missing a few basic amenities like towel rail in the bathroom, Could also use additional help with the washing machine english instruction guide. Check-in email formality needs to be clear for guests, even after visiting the office the staff did not mention any details about the process to enter the property. Had to call the property for the security PIN to enter the property. "Would not recommend this property if you have limited access to internet on day of arrival".

It was a newly opened and self check-in apartment hotel. There were completely new washing machine, electric range, and microwave oven. Unfortunately, I found no kitchen ware, utensil, not even a cup. There were two empty wardrobes, no hangers. No trash can, only a large plastic trash bag in the room. I felt that it was placed for booking before completion of all required preparations.
