The staff were super nice to us. The problem was they didn't send me the check-in information until the day of which made me a little anxious, but we got into it no problem. The was a little problem where I did book two rooms, but it only said one. When I talked to the staff about it, the apologized so nicely and took care of the problem. It is a little walk to the station from the hotel, but we didn't mind. Very clean and nice!

Good: Room is clean, with nice and new facilities. Bad: Poor management. After booking, I received the same instruction email 4 times throughout the month (sometimes without subject), sent to different personal emails and bcc to me. I wonder if it's the email of their staff or actually other customers?! During checkin, the staff told me my room number. When I asked which floor was that, she just kept saying "Your room is No. x". When I got to the place I found that it's on the 3F. The building has no elevators and the staff probably saw my big luggage, so she tried to not answer which floor it was? (What's the point of hiding that info? I would definitely be happier to be told the truth rather than finding it out myself!) Before checking out, I hadn't received the checkout procedure email as instructed on their website (which could result in additional fee for "late checkout"). I had to actually contact them through email and Wechat (the Line account they provided is invalid!).

Neat and clean with mini kitchen facility. No reception so need passcode to enter”
Pros - the place was neat and clean with a mini kitchen area. Con - since there is no one at the reception, we should have been informed that we should be expecting an email with passcode etc on the day before arrival. As a result, we didn't look for the email and was stuck at the hotel mini lobby. We had to contact the hotel via we chat to get the information.

最寄りの西大路駅までのんびり歩いて10分。二重のセキュリティで安心。 設備は全て新しく、清潔で溢れている。 部屋は広くはないけど、京都駅から1駅離れただけで、このプライスは驚異的。 注意点は、部屋の鍵が一見オートロック風であるが、オートロックではないことだけ。 素晴らしい宿泊所でした！

新しくきれいなホテル”
西大路駅から近く、途中にコンビニもあり便利。静かな住宅街にあり（ホテルも元は宅地）よく眠れた。施設も新しく快適。チェックインは誰も人がいなくて少し不安。メールで鍵番号が送られてくるシステムだったが、分かつていなかった。予約完了時に当日メールが来る事言ってくれてると親切かな。

ティッシュペーパーが3枚ほどしかなくて補充しておいてほしかったです。フロントの電話が雑音だらけで聞き取りにくかったです。使える携帯電話のサービスは素晴らしいと思いますし、特典付きの飲食店案内サービスもいいです。とにかくコスパは抜群だと思いました。

バス停から比較的近く、スーパーもコンビニもあるので便利でした。 今回2回目利用でしたが、ケトルの蓋の埃が前回に引き続き残念でした。 部屋のタイプでケトルをキッチンから離れたベッドの脇でしか使用できなくて驚きでした!

バス停からGoogleマップで余裕で着けて良かったです。 部屋の設備は言うこと無しです。 ただし、電気ケトルはほこりだらけ、蓋を開けると中底にはビニール系のこびりついた後があり、買って持ち込んだ天然水が無駄に(ToT) 目覚まし時計の存在はありがたかった！ほこりだらけ、ですけど。 カーテンもレールから二ヶ所外れたまんま。でした。

チェックイン、アウトに関する案内が雑すぎる。 メールの返事がなく、電話で問い合わせても外国人スタッフのため意図が通じず…チェックイン前日に返事の催促をしてやっと返事がありました。 部屋はきれいでしたが、掃除はフライパンに水滴が残っていたりとあともう一息という感じ。 エレベーターがなく、通路も狭く階段も急だったこで、３階まで荷物を運ぶのが大変だった。

3泊させて頂きました。 バスタオルなどのアメニティ類が泊数分必要な場合は別途連絡が必要と記載されており、 数日前に電話で問い合わせたところ、3泊分まとめて用意しておいて頂けるということでした。 また、チェックイン方法（パスコード）などの連絡は当日中にメールで送っていただけるということでした。 が、当日電話受付終了時刻1時間前になってもメールは届かず、チェックイン方法がわからないまま。 こちらから電話で問い合わせたところ、外国人の方が拙い日本語で対応してくれました。 到着後、頼んでおいたタオル類が1泊分しか用意されていないのに気づき、翌日連絡して用意して頂きました。 従業員の間での連絡、情報の共有をしっかりして頂きたいです。 ほか、 ベッドの下に前の利用者のゴミが残っている。 喫煙をした場合は30000円を頂きますとの注意があったがベランダの排水に煙草の吸殻。（前の利用者？） 網戸がレールに乗っておらずガタガタ。（自分ではめこもうとしたが、壊れている） 泡で出ると書いてあるハンドソープ容器にボディソープ液体が入っており、出てこない。 テーブルが壊れており、物を乗せると台が傾いて落ちる。 無料で電話やインターネットが使えると書かれた端末があったが、充電されておらず使用できない。 トイレの便座前スペースにほとんど余裕がなく、座ると足が壁に当たる。 衣類の消臭スプレーが置いてあるが、中は空っぽ。 他の部屋の清掃時、シーツやタオルが廊下や階段に乱雑に放り出されていて通れない。 チェックアウト方法についての説明がない。（確認したところ、今回は連絡などの必要はないとのことでした） 京都ならでは…かもしれませんが、廊下がすれ違えないほど狭くとても長い。 その廊下が占める割合が大きく、書いてある広さよりもかなり狭く感じる。 壁がとても薄く、特に上の階からの足音の大きさにはかなり驚きました。 ベッドルームの照明は天井からの1点のみで、明るさの調整ができない。消すと真っ暗。 良い点 シーツやタオル類は白く清潔感がある。 トイレとベッドルームが離れていて気兼ねなく用が足せる。 洗い場のあるお風呂なので、自宅感覚で利用できる。 サービスや値段のバランスを考えるとかなり高い印象です 現状のままではとにかく寝られれば良いという方以外にはおすすめできません。

息子のオーキャン参加で2泊、寮住まいの娘1泊で利用しました。京都駅から1駅、駅から10分以内でダイエー・コンビニも有り大変便利でした。まだ新築同様で部屋もきれいでキッチンもあり重宝しました。1階には無料の洗濯乾燥機がありびっくり!!至れり尽くせりで今後も毎年利用したいと思います。
