Very nice place to stay, more an apart hotel than a room. The only thing is that there is no staff at all, you better be aware upfront (we were, so no issue). And I wished it was a little bit cleaner, don't look behind things or washing machine, it wasn't clearly undusted for a while. It's also missing hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, which is big enough to place some ;o) PS : i have to put only 1 star for Staff as there is no one - can't leave that part without a rating.

清潔感のある部屋でした。案内などは外国人向け（英語、中国語）が充実しています。 最寄り駅から少し歩きます。京都駅からバス、バス停は近いです。 スタッフはいません。 置いてある器具は清潔でした。

コスパがとてもいい 安すぎる”
割引率がとても高くなったタイミングで予約しました。そのため１人１泊2000円くらいで泊まれました😳新築でとても綺麗でしたし、掃除も行き届いていました。駅からはそんなに近くないですが、コスパが良すぎて感動するレベルのホテルです。 ただ、連泊する予定の方は少し注意！公式サイトによると、タオルの交換は前日までに連絡しておかなければならず、掃除が入るのは4連泊以上の場合だけで3連泊ごとだそうです。 交換してもらえるものと思っていて、少し困りました…。予備のものが1つあったのでなんとかなりましたが！ 連泊予定の方は少し気をつけた方がいいと思います。1泊のみなら、文句のつけようがないホテルかと。 欲を言えば、お風呂場に鏡があればいいなあ、あとベランダに洗濯物が干せればいいなあ。洗濯機はあるけど、干す場所に少し困りました。 コスパ最高のとても良いホテルでした(^o^)次また京都に泊まることがあれば必ず利用します。

第一次試全自助check-in/out的酒店，部平板很user-friendly，因住唔夠4晚沒有清潔房間服務，send email給員工第二天換毛巾，每次都很快收到回覆。這區很寧靜舒服，下次來京都都會考慮再入住。

之前曾經入住過Japaning Hotel其他酒店, 覺得很整潔而且也很方便, 所以再次來到京都時也選擇了Japaning Hotel, 但這次卻大失所望。 首先, 根據Japaning Hotel官網及其他旅遊blog所示, 可以在checkin前到Japaning Hotel位於京都的main office寄存行李, 然而卻收到電郵回覆說"the main office can not keep luggages for guests", 叫我們自己使用京都車站的coin locker, 而且也不能預約前往酒店的穿梭巴士; 然後從酒店的文件指示, 由丹波口徒步到酒店所需8分鐘, 我們明白因為拉著行李會需要更多時間, 走了20分鐘以上才到逹酒店門口; self-checkin是很方便的, 但這次沒前台職員卻很不方便, self-checkin後我們來到房間門前準備輸入密碼時, 隔壁的房門門鎖不停被扭動及似有撞門的情況, 令人感到十分不安, 但因為大堂沒有職員, 我們只能趕緊進入已預約的房間內, 住宿期間還聽到女人的尖叫聲; 記得之前住的Japaning Hotel酒店是很整潔的, 在走廊也能遇上很好禮貌的清潔姨姨, 這次住的房間卻佈滿灰塵, 手機螢幕放了一會兒已黏滿了塵, 被子一揚便是一堆塵, 感覺沒有怎麼打理, 洗手間和浴室本身也覺算是整潔, 卻在洗衣籃發現了應該是之前住客留下的即棄隱形眼鏡包裝; 床頭的紙巾架感覺也沒有補充好, 只抽了少量使用, 第一天未結束卻已經用光, 只能先拿洗手間內的補充面紙使用。 以及想再補充一下, 最接近酒店的巴士站是大宮松原站, 可能是較少人使用的關係, 京都內的巴士站牌也不會顯示有這個站, 令遊客感覺困擾。

自助式入住及退房，前台沒有工作人員，但指示清晰，iPad操作亦很簡單，需要智能手機收取電郵中的房號。 房間空間很大，有廚房（冰箱、電磁爐、洗碗台、微波爐，連廚具餐具也有）。 廁所有洗衣機，非常方便。 整體非常好，甚至想多住幾天才前往其他城市；位置尚可，走路至大宮站約8-10分鐘，不介意的話也不算什麼缺點。

위치는 가와라마치 기준으로 걸어서 30분거리에 있고 오오미야역에서 10분 버스정류장에서 5분거리에 있습니다. 위치적으로 나쁘지않은 위치에 있습니다. 위로 올라가면 마트가 있고 아래로 내려가면 편의점이 있습니다. 숙소크기나 상태도 2인이 쓰기에 좋으며 타올은 1인당 목욕타올1장 세면타올1장을 줍니다. 다만.아쉬운점은 체크인이 무인인데 체크인자체는 어렵지않으나 체크인메일을 받지못한경우엔 당황할수 있습니다(제가그랬습니다) 체크인시간전까지 메일을 받지못한경우 미리 문의메일을 보내놓으시는게 좋을듯합니다. 메일을 보낼경우 처리는 빠른편이었습니다.20분만에 해결하고 체크인을 할수 있었습니다 주변이 주택가인데 숙소가 위치한쪽은 가로등이 적어 어두운편입니다 그런데 사람도 없습니다 그래서 좀 무섭습니다 ㅠㅠ 스맛폰 후레쉬켜고다녔어요...... 교토 재방문시 다시 이용하려고 생각하고있을만큼 숙소는 아주 만족스러웠습니다^^

숙소가 주요 관광지들의 중심에 있고 주요 버스노선과 한큐선, 지하철이 근처에 지나가기에 교토의 주요 명소를 돌아보기 쉽습니다. 또한 가격대비 만족도가 높고 한여름 무더운 날씨에 숙소에 들어오면 에어컨을 미리 켜주시는 센스와 피드백을 바로바로 해결해주시는등 직원분들의 친절함을 잘 느꼈습니다. 단, 단점으로는 셀프 체크인, 체크 아웃방식이라서 당황스러웠고 6박 가까이 했는데 수건을 매일 교체해 주시지 않아서 불편했습니다.

가격 싸고 시설 깨끗하고 주방, 욕실, 세탁기, 에어컨 없는게 없을 정도로 좋은 신축 건물 입니다. 관건은 중심지역에서 멀어기때문에 이동시 많이 걸어야 한다는 점입니다. 교토역 or 가와라마치역 에서 도보로 30분 거리입니다. 하지만 도보기준 JR 단바구치역 10분 , 한큐선 오미야역 10분, 버스 정류장 5분거리에 있습니다. JR이용시 교토역에서 140엔으로 단바구치역에 갈수있고, 한큐패스, 원데이버스티켓 이용자분들에게는 위치 괜찮습니다. 도보이동을 위주로 하신다면 30분이면 엄청 걷습니다. 주변 10분거리에 대형슈퍼가 있습니다.

动车下来可以把行李寄存在总部，办理入住，领取密码，然后晚上会有班车送你去酒店。住的地方没有前台，直接上楼输密码就可以进房间。房间里有厨房，还有洗衣机，就像家里一样。 楼下还有自助饮料贩售机，非常满意！ 不过如果是两个女孩子可能晚上要早点回去，位置有些偏，且附近没什么吃的店
