Very loud and staff doesn't speak english”
First, the hotel is very clean. But the walls are very thin and the man next to my room woke up 4 in the morning to pray and kept continuing making noise and shouting around with his friends, totally not giving a thought about other guests. When I informed the reception they didn't help because they barely understood what I was trying to say. I won't come back which is a shame, it's a nice, clean hotel besides but they really have should care more about their guests respecting they are not alone!

The close down of golf range was a big let down .. They should have update their website to inform it earlier. Breakfast was very normal too.

Never book online in this hotel, same like The Collection Hotel, if we book online don't wish to get early check in from them, I must wait more than 2 hours.. before this experience I did get early check in, but book on the spot! I order deluxe instead superior, but same, can not early check-in, very disappointed! They reason not make sense.. must prepare the room?? How much deluxe room you have???..

Wow!!! I love it, I was there for 4 night in superior room. I had got the best offer from Operational Manager (Hannea Kim) to upgrade my room to the Deluxe room for my last 2 night. I very happy to get the offer and never believe that before. BUT however, If they not offer me, I still want to stay in JAVA PALACE HOTEL again next time. They have everything i want during stay there and see you next time. ;)
