4C (Cheap, Clean, Cozy, Centre)”
It provides free coffee and tea, toaster and refreg. Clean cutleries also ready to be used. Guests can make coffee/tea and bring upstairs while reading or chatting. A lot of nice corners to read and talk. My favorite spot is on the second floor, nice terrace facing mountain. Clean room, hot water works very well, strong wifi. Walkable to the city centre. The minus are only sounds of motorcycle until midnight and small parking space.

I enjoyed this guesthouse two times actually. Overall, it is good enough. But, maybe this review can be noted for the next vacation. It would be better if Jayagiri informs us the detail facility for the cheapest one that we get. Since I get the bathroom is out of the room. Although it is still our private bathroom (not sharing). But since I have a kid in this vacation, so it will be an obstacle for me.

The room got everything you need. Comfy bed, toiletries, towels, complimentary water and even small pack of cup noodle. Wifi is good. What I love is their common space and kitchen. There are kettle, microwave, also can get water from the gallon. Def recommended.

4th time stay.”
Booked 3 rooms and first time got the ground floor just behind the receptionist. Bigger rooms compared to upper floors. Water pump (incl heater) works well after broken during iedul fitri. One note for now is the room #5 needs exhaust fan or ventilation (its smelly) and the bed need to be changed...the spring/matras was very bad. The rest good as expected. Happy to see it was fully booked.

Nightmare!!!”
Sorry Jayagiri. It was actually my third time staying here but this one was very terrible. The water was totally out since evening until we've checked out on the next day with out took the shower and limited water in a bucket provided by the stand by staff. The broken machine next to my room was also turned on whole night and I could not sleep well like the previous visits. We were asked to understand the force majure situation due the broken machine during the Iedul Fithri days where no technical services available but water is a crucial need. The rests of facility were good (clean room and bathroom, clean bed sheets, tasty fried rice, friendly staff) as usual but new spring beds will make you very competitive again.

Tight space its a challenge for non smoker, but hot water for the shower is on”
I ordered room for non smoker, but the room provided have two garden chairs and a coffee table where people can sit and have a coffee and SMOKING. AND SO the room is full of smoke from other guests that sits on those chairs and chit chat. I have to get angry with those people so that they stop smoking and went away. I complaint to the Receptionist and asked to take away those chairs so that people will not sits there and smoke, but the receptionist who also acted as a security person because it is a night time said that the facility is non smoking BUT people can sit on those chairs onfront of my room and smoke..... wow. after my complaint he is only removed the table and promise to monitor the CCTV AND ASK PEOPLE NOT TO SMOKE... BUT IF ANYONE DID THE SMOKE HAD ENTERED MY ROOM AND IT IS SMELL AWFUL,SAUNA BUT SMOKE FROM CIGARETTE!!!! By the Governor Law, a public facility must have a smoking room and I was just place in a room where the smoking room is onfront of my room and the smoke can enter my room ,..!!!! Horrible!!! I would suggest that chairs to be removed and replaced with plants!!!

nice place to stay, cool and cold room in the morning, although no air conditioner in the room, bathroom floor need to clean more because there's baby cockroach, toilet clean, shower clean, hot shower available at any time except in the morning with the condition rooms full booked , need to wait to refill the water tank, already asked to the staff and they will help you, just wait 15 minutes and the water is ready to use again. Better bring personal toiletries because they give you very standard toiletries. I don't recommend if you choose the room with the balcony if you want to stay whole day in the room, because the balcony sharing with others guest, when the rooms are full booked, and quite noisy if the vehicles using the road. No breakfast to serve, but they give the complimentary water, snack, instant cereal, sugar, strawberry jam, chocolate, butter, and you can use sharing kitchen and refrigerator. Overall this place is nice and neat, beautiful guest house, feels like home.

Stayed for 1 night and this guesthouse is worth it! The location is ideal for having breakfast in the market 500m from this place, also for dinner, in such a traffic in Lembang JG location is absolutely help! The room is nice, cold even without AC, staff are friendly. Totally 5star value for money when you want to visit Lembang. (p.s. the wifi also gooood)

I already missed this place whereas I just leave this place. It is a new building, very clean, they provide hot coffee, hot tea, and a steamer to warm up your foods. The location is great, near Alun-alun Lembang and other tourist destinations such as FarmHouse, Floating Market, etc (by Go Car was only Rp8000) the weather is great also! Thank you
