However, it took almost 2 hours for us yo wait for the room to be ready. Other than that, there's no complementary despite their delay on having the room ready. There's no welcome drink when we are waiting.

Don’t expect to much”
First impressions when we arrived, one of our room wasn’t ready. We phoned them up a day before and told them that we’ve booked two rooms and we wanted connecting room as we were travelling with young kids. We had to wait 3 hours. And they kept lying to us, they said that the room is being clean up. The fact that the guest before was still there —- the plugs in the bedroom are not international plugs. The kettle is 2 pin but the plug next to the kettle was 3 pin. How to use it that kettle?? Only 1 socket with 3 pin plug in the bedroom. The rest were 2 pins and those plugs were on the floor (I had to boil the kettle on the floor) — breakfast buffet menu were boring. They didn’t change the menu at all for at least 5 days we stayed. For food, Hilton isn’t the best place to go.

Not as expected for a such “Hilton” brand hotel… Very old electrical system inside the guest room .. The location is excellent and very close to the F1 race locations. The staff are very nice and cooperative.

Late checkin ”
It was bad experience; the checkin was late at 5:40 pm while I came at 4:00 pm assuming that the room is ready. I booked deluxe room full sea view. I was looking to stay good time before sunset at Balcony. The reception person asked me to take drink at cafe while making up the room and he said will add a note to let have late checkout. I came back from cafe and was standing looking to reception staff to serve but only one person from reception was serving a customer and 3 were doing administration job without looking to customers ! then I could find someone I asked please check if my room is ready he said yes and I could check in at 05:40 pm. Next day reception called before 12:00 pm and asked md to leave at 12:00 pm and there was no any note or promise for late checkout I said please check for my late checkin yesterday and strange you asked to leave at 12:00 pm ; then reception cooperated to let me checkout before 2:00 pm.

Worst Hotel Experience”
I stayed here for 3 nights and I can conclude it was the worst hotel experience I had, and what makes it worse that it’s a well known 5 star hotel. Shower water was DIRTY on the 3rd day. I called them around 1:30 pm, they kept sending me a plumber and housekeeping who couldn’t help and I have been told by the “5 star, well known hotel” to keep the water running to drain out the dirt. I’ve been waiting for around SIX HOURS to fix the issue by myself and calling them many times to find a solution without any follow up from their side and still the water was DIRTY!!! After 6 hours around 7:00 pm, when the evening shift manager, Nouf, arrived, she changed my room and provided a free access to the dinner buffet. Her action is highly appreciated but after wasting 6 hours of my day, I don’t know why the previous shift manager hadn’t take any action!! This type of incidents is not acceptable by a well known hotel. I would also rate the room service too low for their slow response to phone and orders. One of the examples, I had to call many times and after more than 1 hour of waiting they told me they couldn’t serve me and I have to wait because it’s praying time; should’ve called me back and inform me instead of giving me false waiting time of 10-15 min. I would like to add to the low rate, the pillows are not comfortable and they provided me a medical one that is worse than the others. The only good thing is the see view.
