It was a good hotel,water facility is very nice, but unfortunately the door card key was not working, even i on the indicator for cleaning they are not doing unless we informed the reception.and they don't have a menu book in the room if in-case you want some food to order. but still it was a good hotel.

I have certainly enjoyed my stay at this hotel: a nice guest room, very good,helpful and friendly staff, an easy internet access inside the guest room and a satisfactory breakfast.

No toiletries provided except for conditioner only,no hot shower. Linens does not smell good, as if it was washed without using detergents.”

Atleast provide a caferteria inside the hotel. Basic needs should be accessible.

1. It took 1 hour to check me in. 2. Hotel gave me room which has water problem, no lock on door 3. Bad smell in hotel. 4. Later next morning , I found out that the room is not used anymore 5. Very very bad stay. 6. Will never come back in this hotel. 7. It says 120 rooms and actually very much less are usable. 8. Nice in picture but very bad hotel. 9. The reception during my check in is not knowledgeable, do not know which room is occupied and which room is not. 10. Internet is very bad, cannot connect.

It was good but need more maintenance if they are charging this much amount. Not allowed to talk to hotel manager if it is a off day. Non- cooperative staff. Hot water not available in washroom. Dirty bathtub.

I booked the hotel as a 4 stars hotel as Agoda website shows however the reality is a 3 stars hotel as their certificate shows which upset me and my husband so much. This is cheating
