    Quaint Homestay”

It's a quaint homestay close to pretty much most tourist spots. Very close to Hotel Lahan (3 minute walk) and close to food and main street (about 10 to 15 min walk). It is a hanok, so expect the basic amenities. Room itself was relatively bigger than expected (stayed at room San). Futon provided was thicker than I thought although you will still feel the floor. Blanket was really warm. Unless you are used to sleeping on the floor, I suggest 1 night for the experience. Room was clean, cracks around the floor. Aircon was not available during my stay as owner had put some treatment on it. Internet had a strong signal. Door lock and toilet was updated and shower has strong pressure which was good. Cat walking around the property is very cute. I think the hardest part was looking for the hanok itself. Please let the owners know prior to your arrival so that they can help direct you to the location. Lucky, we found a photo with the hanok name, so our taxi driver was able to drive us to the hanok, Hanok name is 덕수궁 (Deok Su Goong) if your driver asks you. Its a 3 minute walk from Hotel Lahan, on the side where Italy Don and CU mart are located.

Cozy atmosphere and cute traditional rooms”

I was worried about traveling on a rainy day, but it turned out to be a healing experience to have a glass of soju while listening to the raindrops falling on the eaves of the traditional Korean house.

    Lovely lodging”

Stayed 3 nights, was super lucky (or some may say unlucky) to experience heavy snowfall on one of the day which force me to stay in the room because I got to watch the snow fall from the warm room. The place was even lovelier when covered in snow. The toilet and room has ground heating so you'll not feel cold. Toilet and room was super clean. You might be uncomfortable if not used to sleeping on the floor. Someone will be there when you arrive. Best is for you to let them know what time your arrive. The place has an electronic door lock, if you are too early, there might not be anyone there to open the door for you. I reached slightly before check in time and was at the door for a while before someone appeared. There is free WiFi. They even provide umbrella if you need it. Location is near Jeonju Hanok village (just cross the street). I took a taxi from Jeonju intercity bus terminal. Many drivers in Jeonju don't speak English, so it's better that you have the address in Korean ready or show the map in Korean to them. My driver don't know where the place was despite me showing him the map, but he know the nearby Lahan hotel. So you can drop off there and just cross the street.

    Great Accommodation”

Great location at the beginning of Hanok Village with parking available for those who drive. The guesthouse is well-managed and clean. Amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, and body wash are provided, so you don't need to bring your own. The manager is very friendly and accommodating. Upon check-out, they even gave us a famous Jeonju Choco Pie. Also, the sales manager, Park, is really cute! I will definitely stay here again when I come to Jeonju next time. Thanks for a great stay!

Value for the money and great location”

This guesthouse is located just outside of the hanok village, 2 min walk to cafes and restaurants, very convenient location. The room is very well-cleaned and have private bathroom in each room. Heated floors in the room and bathroom, and the shower is newly installed. There’s no front desk reception and the door was locked. I arrived early, didn’t know what to do with a huge luggage, so I went to a nearby cafe and decided to message them through Agoda, they replied within 15min and were able to check me in shortly. Please be reminded that check-in time is after 3pm and If you arrive with no one at the reception, you can message the manager through Agoda. On the day I left I wasn’t able to catch a taxi and lucky that I saw the manager there and she got me a taxi within a min. She was very sweet and helpful. One thing is that, unlike Seoul, most people in Jeonju don’t know English, even the young servers at cafes and restaurants, so if you don’t know Korean, have your translate app ready.
