Great location, clean and comfortable room”
Just 5 minutes walk from Sapporo JR north gate . 7-11 and Lawson nearby within 2 minutes walks. Staffs are friendly and helpful to forigners. Free coffee machine in lobby can use 24hrs. You can check laundry status in room TV system that really helpful while you just finish you day trip and would like to take a rest. Bed and pillow are comfortable and clean, However, still feel room a bit small especially when you need to open 2 big lagguge in the same time. Breakfast are exculsive. Still will choose here to stay next time.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much! Every staff is so polite, helpful n professional. The staff even kept the many coins n an unopened bottle of water we left behind, and passed them back to us when we returned to the hotel few days later, as they do not want to assume they are to be disposed of! Such is their honesty n professionalism. The hotel provides an assortment of vanity products like bath addictives, moisture lotion etc n even ear plugs for free for guests at front desk area. So thoughtful. Love the coffee machine for guests' use too! The rooms decoration is modern n very clean. This hotel will definitely be our choice when we visit Sapporo again. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant!

This hotel is new, very clean, and (for a Japanese hotel) very spacious. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. I was actually sad to leave this hotel when I checked out. I will absolutely stay here again. If you get a chance to stay here, you should do it. You will not be disappointed!

Great location”
Great location, very near to Sapporo JR station. Just get out from East ticketing gate, and exit from the north exit. Turn right and the hotel is near the first intersection on the left hand side. Also opposite exit 16 of Sapporo subway station. Hotel is really clean and new, as everyone says in their reviews the bathroom is spacious for Japanese standard. The shower/bath area is separated from the toilet so water does not splash out. The hotel even provides pajamas. Hotel amenities are great, washing machine and coffee machine on the 2nd floor, as well as a couple vending machines. Lawson and a 7-11 within a minute of walking distance.

New, clean, and modern hotel near Sapporo Station! Staff were mostly fluent in English and super helpful. Rooms were regular size and breakfast was also a nice spread of Asian and Western dishes.

Wonderful well equipped with bathtub”
Hassle-free auto check-in. The room is thoughtfully well appointed comes with air purifying humidifier, 100% cotton pajamas, wires for charging, hi-speed wifi, bottled water, slippers, toileteries can be replenished at the lobby, free coffee and hit water also availabke at the lobby. However English speaking staff is very limited. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is near to Sapporo station about 3 minutes walking distance, especially suitable for tourists who don’t drive. The room is clean and new, with cozy surroundings. Also the breakfast is delicious!

Convenient location with nice room, large bathroom!”
Conveniently located nearby Sapporo station - great for transit. Room was well maintained. Living/sleeping area size was a bit small (that’s Japan!), but the bathroom was impressive - one of the largest bathroom I have seen in such typical transit/business hotels in Japan! Service was limited, mainly self servicing but it covered what you need. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was nice especially with the good room+breakfast deal on agoda. Overall a nice one-night transit stay there!

I love hotel amenities. 7 types of bathtub sand. I could deposit luggage before check-in. Very nice staff. One of staff looks alike Jung Hae In, appreciate that too. LOL (Hair Eyes Forehead) Nice View from that. Hotel is really close to station. Exactly 2 minutes. Cleanliness and facilities are full enough. There is a laundry room. Easy to access

LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!”
We LOVED our stay here! We loved the entire hotel decor and super helpful staff! The room bathroom is amazing with a wide bathtub. Super clean and I love that the hotel has youtube on their TV. They also have Handy phone which you can bring out for your adventures. Would definitely stay here again next time! Thank you!

Everything is perfect here! Super close to the station and so clean both inside and out. Great value of money. Only thing was wish to have more space for hanging clothes and bags especially during winter time. Love this hotel and would come back for sure

Pros: Very close to JR Sapporo station (near Paseo East), nice and clean room, friendly staff, free coffee and a laundromat is available. Cons: No on site parking (but there’s a partner parking a few mins walk away), no sheltered/underground walkway linked to JR station (but it’s a just short walk away).
