Had the best time”
It took me 10 minutes on foot from the station because I'm not used to walking on snowy roads, but for those who are used to it or during seasons other than winter, it's a short walk. There are also izakayas and local Seiko Marts nearby, so the location is excellent. The staff's service was also good, and they recommended some great shops, which was helpful! The room is compact, but it's clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of amenities, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. The design of the glass cup in the room was so nice that I wanted to buy it. The room only had a shower room, but it was spacious enough, and there is also a large public bath, so you can enjoy a big bath there. Personally, I liked the showerhead in the room because it was large and warmed up my whole body.

We arrived at the hotel hours before the check-in time. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our luggage was properly secured so we were able to visit some attractions while waiting. When we checked in, I surrendered our luggage ticket and few seconds later, the staff gave me our room keys, breakfast coupons, and our pieces of luggage were all behind me! I think this hotel is relatively new with minimalist interiors. The room is quite small but I think this is the standard for this class. The room layout is well-planned. Even with my huge pieces of luggage, we still can move around. It has a large enough glass window from floor to ceiling which allows occupants to see what’s going on outside. It has a nice and cozy basement lounge and spa. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Friendly, clean, facilities great and good location”
We had rooms from semi-double, double and twins and everyone was comfortable. Loved the lounge and onsen downstairs and the restaurant attached was great for breakfast or quick dinner. Staff was very accomodating and always responsive. Easy to get to underground and close to trains and buses. Nextdoor to ANA which is one of tour pickup points. Would highly recommend!

Opposite JR sapporo station, 2 blocks away less than 10mins walk. Accessible via Sapporo or Odori station. Sapporo TV tower 5mins away & Nijo market is also within walking distance. Overall good stay and highly recommended

Centrally located, very clean corridors and rooms. They have a lounge in the basement that has a small collection of reading materials. They have a special shelf for pillows in the lobby, apart from the one you have in your room, you can choose different other kinds of pillows depending on personal preference. It's very convenient! Would definitely choose this hotel again for quick trips to Sapporo.

Modern and clean room with separate shower, toilet, and sink areas. Comes with a Dyson hair dryer. Walking distance to Sapporo Factory and there's a convenience store across the street. The staff is attentive and provides good service. Will come back to stay again.

Wonderful hotel in good location”
Arrive at Sapporo station and follow signs for Toho line to get to exit number 23, take elevator to street level, to go to hotel. You will be able to stay entirely underground out of the elements until the elevator ride. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help with what ever you need. Only recommendation.....invest in your own toilet paper instead of using the onion skin thin roll they provide. A small price to pay for a great hotel room.
