الفندق جميل ولكن المشغل تعبان”

الفندق جميل جداً ونظيف ولكن موظفي الاستقبال والمدير كلهم غير متعاونين ولايهمهم رضا العميل، تأخرنا بأجراءات الدخول ولم يقدموا لنا ضيافة وجيناهم برمضان حجزنا كان شامل الافطار وقالوا لايشمل افطار رمضان!! وغير كذا تفاجأنا بان المسبح مغلق للصيانه وان الادوار جميعها مغلقه! اعطونا غرفة بالطابق الارضي من غير اطلالة! وحجرنا كان شامل الاطلالة، هذا التصرف لايرضى فيه اي عميل حاجز في فندق ٥ نجوم! امل بتغيرر الشركة المشغله ليرقى الفندق بخدمات افضل

اسعار مبالغ فيها 1900 ريال غرفه ؟؟ ويوم السبت ، وسوء معاملة بعض موظفين الإستقبال .. اجراءات تسجيل الدخول للفندق يبيلك 3 ساعات و طلبات كثيره كأنك مقدم على البنك العقاري وفوق ذلك تأمين 50 دينار ولازم تجيبه كاش (( الفندق يفوز بالنظافه والترتيب والفخامه ))

تجربة السكن في الفندق ”

الفندق جيد ولكن يصدمونك بمبلغ التامين ٥٠ دينار وهذا غير مذكور بموقع اجودة بانه هناك تامين وهذا شي صادم بعدم مصداقية الموقع بذكر الشروط والاحكام للحجز و عند التواصل مع البنك افاد بانه المبلغ معلق يعني الي متي معلق المفروض تسوي شيك اوت المبلغ هاي طول يرجع بالحساب او يفك التعليق بالنسبة لي لن اكرر السكن مره ثانية مع اني سكنت في فندق سوفيتيل اكثر من مره ونفس الشركة ولم يطلبون تامين
