Rooms good - we went for a larger size. Bed comfortable but asked for firmer pillows which we were given. Housekeeping good. A practical hotel room in a good location at a reason price.

Close to the public transportations. Have restaurants and supermarkets nearby. But the staff may not refill the towels or tea bags everyday. You may ask them to take if you need.

Refused Refund”
Due to Covid I was unable to travel to Munich from Australia as the Australian Government closed the borders. Signapore Airlines cancelled our flights therefore we could not get to Europe. I was emailing K+K Hotel am Harras for 5 months with no response, then asked Agoda to assist. They were able to get a response from the hotel and advised they would not refund my booking, and if I wanted to reschedule for 12 months time it would cost me 15% of the original price. My booking was non-refundable however a response in March 2020 would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately we can't find an email from you before August 2020. Maybe there went something wrong. However we want to apologize that you did not received an answer from us. This is usually not our standard. We know that the pandemic requires a lot from all of us. Please be sure that we wanted to find a good solution regarding your cancellation request. As you already said we offered you to change the travel date to the next year. Every guest with a non-refundable booking had the same conditions and all had the possibility to change their booking. The hotel staff was not friendly, we receive a room with sofa bed but they gave us one with extra bed( not comfortable at all) the A/C was not working and couldn’t be fixed for a several days, they moved us to another room but still no good A/C the respond of our notes was very bad and we will never try this hotel again

K + K Hotel is a great facility to stay at! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. It's also away from the city centre, so it's pretty quiet. However, it's just a 5 minute ride on the U-bahn to Marienplatz (direct route). And the U station is right in front of the hotel! Doesn't get more convenient than that! And the hotel is in a very nice neighborhood. The hotel is in a plaza that has an ice cream store and McDonalds. There's families and groups of friends always milling around. There's also several drug stores, pharmacies and grocery stores all within walking distance along with several good restaurants. I would 100% stay here again!

Lovely hotel just outside of city centre”
Really nice and clean hotel. Had a decent sized triple room. However, friend who was on the extra bed did complain that it was too hard. The normal twin beds were fine though. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was close to both a S-bahn and U-bahn. In hindsight I would have preferred to stay somewhere closer to where most of the activity is in Munich such as Marienplatz (just to save time travelling, waiting for trains, etc). However for those that don't mind staying a little bit outside of the city centre, K+K is a good hotel.

Clean hotel in a good location, excellent service”
This was our first trip to Munich and we found the K+K to meet our needs nicely. Positives. 1- Location was excellent, although it was not perfectly ideal to our focus which was the old historical sites it was certainly convenient to the S-Bahn which was right outside the door and made getting to that section of the city very convenient. 2- Service was excellent right from the start. We found the front desk staff very helpful and anxious to meet our needs. 3- The room was small by American standards but more than comfortable and quite frankly for us it was adequate, it was clean and fresh, temperature in the room even in the hot August weather was pleasant. Negatives 1- We would have loved to enjoy the breakfast but 17EU per person seemed excessive, fortunately there is a pastry shop and a deli both just around the corner. 2- In my opinion parking should not be an extra charge but it was so be ready.

k+k hotel is new and modern. the rooms are clean, although not very big. the front desk staffs are very nice and service minded. the hotel is located next to the subway and a stroll away to local restaurants (nice food and cheap price). we highly recommend this hotel to single/couple travellers.

Tidy and convenient, though rather small main room”
We have had previous experience with K&K Hotels that was very good. The same goes for this one as well. Only coplaint: The third bed for an adult was not a bed, but an armchair turned into bed which was not too comfortable to sleep. The room was rather small, no desk, only a round table to put a PC on.The entrance to the room however was spacious to store luggage and wardrobe.

Hotel location is perfect, 5 min walking to Harras train station and u can reach to munich center within 10 min by train The only issue with the hotel is the AC, it was not winter and they switch off the AC and its warm inside the room in afternoon

Great hotel near centre of Munich”
Modern hotel, really comfortable room with bath and power shower, and large flatscreen TV. Buffet breakfast excellent value at 12 euros a time. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady at the bar mixing cocktails (6-8pm = happy hour - large gin and tonic for 5 euros). To travel there take U-Bahn from Hauptbahnhof to Marienplatz, then change to U6 to take you straight to Harras (avoid S-Bahn - it takes too long, especially if you miss your connection). Only negatives were: 1. construction work on patio area (as of May 2017) 2. no proper dinner menu (but this is in the process of being changed, so should be up and running soon)

Modern, great location and great value”
The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Amenities are provided in the bathroom and even the TV is decent. Yes, it is a few train stations from Marienplatz or the Hauptbahnhof but is still not cumbersome, with the S-bahn, U6 and bus stops (Harras) < 100m from the hotel. Bakeries, cafe’s, a grocery and pharmacies are nearby making it very convenient if you need anything. Would stay here again.

Perfect for our needs”
We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was on the 3rd floor and faced over the side street but we heard no noise from either inside or outside the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel or use any of the facilities. Location was great - 2 minutes walk from train station in one direction, shops and restaurants in the other. We would definitely stay here again if in Munich.

Just a couple of stations on the U-Bahn from the center of town. The hotel is outside the hustle and bustle of central Munich, U-Bah station is at the door. The rooms are delightful, the beds are very comfortable. Very good value for money.

The hotel is situated just at the metro station, it is comfortable, not expensive and the staff is very friendly. We'll for sure stay at the same hotel when returning to Munich. Very good value, to recommend.
