Centrally located modern & friendly hotel”

From start to finish, I experienced a most enjoyable and comfortable stay at the K9 residences. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, the accommodation itself was of a high standard and extremely comfortable. The only negative factor were other guests smoking near my room.

Exceptional”

Apartment with cooking facilities with nearby supermarket in the center of Budapest . Able to store luggage before and after check-in(bonus for us since we arrived early in the morning).Walking distance to tourist attraction and pier for night cruise( Don't miss the night cruise since Budapest is city of lights. No advance booking needed, just go to the pier to buy ticket). The most comfortable bed we slept during our 2 weeks trip. Nearby Metro access to other location/main bus station for next cities. Nearby bus stop access to airport too.

Centrally Located Hotel With Friendly Staff”

Due to centrally located it was very convenient to reach any attraction in Budapest. The hotel staff helps with a taxi and any advise we need. The rooms were clean and we had everything in the kitchen to cook our breakfast. The only minus we noticed it was not comfortable bedding, which hotel can easily improve with a little effort.

A centrally located apartment with 24/7 receptionist service. Very accessible to all major tourist sites. The airport bus 100E stopped nearby and the apartment is about 100m to “Deak Ferenc Ter” Metro station. There are several restaurants around the area and a supermarket is right opposite. The rooms were clean and the friendly staff allowed us to check in early. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking facilities. Only missing, is a washing machine for the laundry. Wifi speed is great! As the rooms are facing a major street, it tends to get noisy at times. Improvement required is to encourage smokers to smoke elsewhere, not along the balcony linking to all the rooms!

I booked this place last minute when I decided to extend my trip and my current hotel was fully booked. This place had a great location, close to public transit and restaurants and nightlife. Room style was acceptable and comfortable enough for the price, good value. Internent speed acceptable for business. Staff was very friendly and handled my laundry for a fair price, and also let me check in quite a bit early.

Great service apartment”

The location of this service apartment is great because you can easily walk to the subway, shopping areas, restaurants and bars. There's also a supermarket right next to the apartment. The outside of the hotel looks a bit sketchy, especially the hotel sign is so small and broken. However, the room is nice, huge, and clean. The staff are also friendly and very helpful. This apartment also needs to do some work with the elevator and the hallway lights because they're not working very well, which makes you feel unsafe, especially at night. However, my overall experience of the hotel was great.

Cash only”

Near bus stop and metro station, with kitchen in the room which allows you to help your self. But the hotel can be paid only by cash, and no room service. Besides, the hotel is near to the street so it's quite noisy at night.

It would be Better”

Chief problem: the room facing the main blvd provided a noisy environment; suggest anti-noise windows. Second, I was there 5 days and had only Hungarian TV/radio programs. The room's instructions for guests did not specify how to use the Decoder....until Reception staff mentioned it when I inquired about the matter and during Check Out. Third, the Water is too hot; noticed the Water Heater is heating beyond the Red mark. I disconnected it off-on to bring down the temperature to a safe level.

Horrible staying experience, awful sanitary”

we arrived at noon in budapest and after we checked in we found the room has a terrible smell. So we told the staff at the reception the room stinks, but they all refuse to believe it even before they came up stairs. And they kept saying its impossible even before they checked our room. Afterwards, they came up and as soon as we opened the door the staff said "nope, it's my nose, can't smell anything " immediately without even checking through. And we agreed to open the window for the whole day to see if the smell fades away, but the smell even got worse at night. So we asked another male staff at the reception again. He said "my colleague said she didn't smell anything so I believe it's nothing " He even refused to try to solve the problem for us !!!!! "There is nothing we can do cause we're full because we're so famous" is the last thing he said to us. This is the MOST TERRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE OF ALL!!!!
