Probably one of the best value for money places in the world, I stayed in cheap hotels all over the world and this is probably the best one i stayed in, Don't expect luxury for this kind of money Its basic But it has all you need, I payed more for a lot worse places in the past Comfy bed, toilet, shower, little desk, Good street food in the neighborhood Whole room for yourself for the price of a bunk bed in a hostel

Clean despite its look”
The room is quite spacious. The bedsheet was new and tidy at the time I arrived. The towel and blanket smell good, indicating that it's fresh. There were some stains on the floor and table but they're not dirty despite the looks. They're just unremovable but when I touched them, they're not dirty; I mean, not even dusty. Everything works fine in the room. And the presence 2 bottles of water was really nice. My note is that It's just the water tap that may need to be replaced as the look may not be pleasing

It was closed when l came and l had to wait more than 30 minutes before somebody could open me. There was a music party around the hostel like are used to do the bad educated chinese people and impossible to sleep. Room was dirty and climatisation and television no worked. The stupid and antipathic muslim woman of the staff didn't to give me an other blanket because she pretext wnted to sleep

Très bon accueil. Nous avons pu choisir notre chambre. Le rapport qualité est mauvais en Indonésie contrairement aux autres pays asiatiques. Bon emplacement. Chambre basic, matelas pas incroyable mais nous avons quand même bien dormi. Le grand + de ce lieu : l’accès libre à la cuisine, possibilité de remplir sa bouteille d’eau, lieu sécurisé pour garer scooter, très bon petit déjeuner (nous devions partir très tôt après notre dernière nuit et quelqu’un s’est levé exprès à 5h pour nous préparer le petit déjeuner), espaces de vie intérieur et extérieur agréables.

Kelebihan murah, kamar mandi dalam, air hangat, TV Kekurangannya, dapat kamar dilantai 4, nggak ada liftnya Sehingga kalau dalam sehari sering naik turun, siap2 kakinya kemeng Trans 7 nya pas siaran motoGP, ndak keluar gambarnya, karena ndak ada anten luarnya, pakai TV berlangganan, tapi bukan indovision Karena demen sama MotoGP, akhirnya keluar naik grab cari caffe buat nonton motogp malaysia

Menginap Dua Minggu yang cukup memuaskan”
Untuk yang membutuhkan lokasi dekat dengan Ancol dan bisnis di area Kemayoran hingga ke Jakarta utara area tempat ini sangat cocok untuk Anda. Meskipun di dalam gang, jika kita jalan 3 menit ke depan sudah bisa menemukan angkot (untuk kalian yang tidak membawa kendaraan) dan maju sedikit lebih kedepan ada transportasi busway (sekitar 10 menit) dan masih ada transportasi lain yang mudah untuk di akses. Sangat murah untuk harga penginapan di sekitar Jakarta. Namun kekurangannya adalah 1. Staf kurang inisiatif untuk membersihkan kamar empat kita menginap (padahal saya disana sampai 2minggu lamanya menginap) 2. Keramahan hanya sampai taraf lumayan 3. Kondisi kamar sangat luas di banding kamar keluarga hostel lainnya, namun nyamuk cukup mengganggu, mungkin saran bawa semprot nyamuk untuk kenyamanan sendiri, karena tidak ada disediakan dari hostel Tersedia fasilitas tempat makanan dan jajanan ringan di sekitar hostel.

Property ini belum siap untuk menjalankan bisnis hotel. Fasilitas memang ada seperti: kasur, air panas, selimut, handuk, dll. Tapi kualitasnya sangat buruk. Queen bednya tdk mempunyai papan penyanggah di tengah, kami tidur serasa ditelan kasur. Finishingnya juga buruk; pipa air dari AC tepat diatas langit-langit toilet dan menetes mengenai kita dibawahnya, tdk ada ventilasi di kamar dan udara segar hanya ada di ujung gang itupun kondisinya sangat kotor dan semua mesin AC ada disitu. Air yg digunakan berbau, kami yakin itu bukan air pam tapi air bor yg mana wilayah itu air tanahnya sudah sangat tercemar. Dan orang orang yg ditugasi mengurus property ini sepertinya tdk paham apa yg seharusnya mereka kerjakan dan lakukan untuk kenyamanan guess. Yg membingungkan, apakah pemilik property pernah melihat kondisi propertinya atau hanya meraup uang dari konsumen saja. Dan Airy Room sebagai partner, apakah pernah melakukan study kelayakan terhadap semua property di afiliasinya. Kami kecewa!
