Came here in a small group and loved our stay! It’s so close to everything but at the same time a block away fromThe craziness so you can decompress and be away from the noise. The staff were amazing and helpful, the room were clean ( the rooms are not huge but no room is huge here) I thought this was a 4 star hotel it was so great. They even have a us a stocking full of snacks on Christmas! We even canceled another hotel we had gotten in Kyoto to stay another night at this hotel and area.

Good location, great services ”
Decent location with access to multiple shopping district and within walking distance to dontoburi where multiple varieties of shops & food are available. They’ve many staff who can speak English any other languages (see the country logo on their name tag), providing great services & ease of check in / out & providing information. Definitely coming back to stay with them next time, hopefully their shuttle service from / to the airport has resumed by then (not available due to Covid)

Location is great, close to metro and shopping street (Dotonburi). Staff speak English very well and helpful. The management is perfect. The room is very large and room zoning is perfect. Highly recommended for everybody!

Descent and good location ”
Very close to Shinsaibashi, within walkable distance and surrounded by restaurants. Staff are helpful and nice and able to community in even Chinese and Korean. Rooms are clean and tidy. Highly recommended

Wonderful Stay, Clean Room, Good Location”
My son and myself enjoyed staying in this hotel very much for 8 nights. Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, good hotel service with no communication issue as they speak English. Hotel location is very good within walking distance to Shinsaibasai, Dotobori, Namba and near to Osaka metro station. Hotel also has airport transfer, we took the one way transfer from hotel to airport @1,000 jpy, worth it as you dont have to drag your luggages.

Staff were polite & helpful. Food had a good selection of breakfast meal. Walking distance from Dotonbori. Family room was perfect since you can have 2 rooms separated by a door. Airport transfer was complimentary on departure. Clean and eco-friendly hotel. Will recommend & definitely come back.

We stayed there for 3 nights, the room is spacious and clean. Free drinks in lobby area are awesome. Just 5 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi area, Dotonburi and even Americamura. It’s really close to go everywhere and all the staffs are also really nice. Will surely comeback!

This is a 5-star hotel in every aspect. The price is cheap. The room is big. The King size bed is so comfortable. The location is close to all the tourist spots. Hands down 5-star for me.

Keep in mind the price review is based on the goto campaign which gave a huge discount. The hotel was in perfect location not too far from train station. They give free drinks and soup from 1pm till 12 am. I highly recommend room was big and clean

Location is a big plus. This property is surrounded with tons of little restaurants and izakayas. 30 sec walk to a convenient store. Rooms are a little small but extremely clean. Another big plus for the separate toilet and bathroom. Multilingual staff are superbly friendly and helpful. Oh did I mention they provide shuttle to KIX airport for 1000yen? Awesome!

Extremely kind staff, all speak very fluent English, helped us out with small fixes to the room and ordered us taxis. Hotel breakfast is good, especially since nothing is really open before 11am, also had all day drink bar available, which was nice. Great location. Had a good stay, thank you!!
