Hotel was in great location with a back door leading to Tannukikoji shopping street, many food options. Easy walk to Ninjo market. Nice lounge area with free ice cream all day. Friendly staff to assist with airport transfer which they highly recommend us taking the bus since it’s only a stone throw away. And a perfect way to end the trip, 1min walk to airport bus station. Perfect for family with kids, don’t have to lug luggages on the train, just sit comfortably on the bus and arrived at CTS in 1hr30min. Bus driver will even assist with luggage. Definitely will be back here if staying in Sapporo again.

Looks new and clean. Staffs are nice and helpful. Room was big that has many space for the luggages and bags. Also appreciated there was a clothes stand with many hangers in the room that I don’t have to put my clothes on the bed. Unfortunately not used to the mattress and pillows so didn’t have good sleep. Btw, shouldn’t reserve king size bed since it was too big for only 1 people🤣 The public bath is a bit small according to the scale of hotel. But you can get free after bath ice-cream in the lounge and luckily there was free massages machine using day when I stayed.

Hotel location is good, when you go downstairs facilities and shops are just nearby. Staff are friendly and room is clean. The disadvantage is hotel room is quite small for family of 3.

Perfect location, super clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel, very bright rooms and hot bath available downstairs for a quick relaxation after long hours of travelling. Staff speaks English and very friendly. Parking available for a reasonable price !!!

Best Quality for its Value”
Perfect hotel for a family of 5-6 on a winter trip. Seven Eleven and Lawson are less than 100 meters away and the underground Pole Town is a couple of minutes walk away. There's also an authentic Sapporo Ramen shop across the Seven Eleven which was very tasty,

Great location, value for money”
Located just beside the shopping street, there is a direct entrance right at the hotel back door. Value for money with nice public bath facilities, big common area for guests to relax after bath. Stayed in Japanese style room where it could accommodate whole family of 4 in same room. Only downside is not enough hangers and cupboard to hang our clothes and jackets.

In Susukino, near the restos and shopping. 5-minute walk from ramen alley. Mega Don Quixote at the end of the block, an exit that comes out of the covered shopping street. A drugstore and convenience store next door. 5- minute walk from REI Tokyu Hotel where some bus day tours do pick-ups. A good 20-30 minute walk to Sapporo Station. Room clean and has everything. Laundry on the second floor although had only 2 units, where people hope to get a slot.

The hotel is in a very good location at Tanukikochi shopping street, very convenient. There is a separation between toilet and bathroom. No bathtub, but there is an excellent service onsen for guests instead. The room is clean, the staff are very hospitable, very impressed.

The place was clean and the location is good as it is located close to susukino station. You can either take subway or walk to Sapporo station. Great value for the price. Good amenities and breakfast too.

Overall great experience! Friend staff! Direct exit to the shopping street. Take note if you are driving as there are limited lots. But there is a large multi storage carpark just opposite the hotel. Charges are slight more expensive.

Prime location, next to the big mall and lots of restaurants. Walk a few blocks and you’ll get to the JR lines. Around the corner is the bus to airport. Super convenient! Hot spring was small but not super crowded when I was there. Breakfast was amazingly delicious!! Highly recommend. Will definitely return!!

Very good location as this has an access/exit behind that makes shopping and dining easily accessible. Room is huge (we were able to open 2 large suitcases and we still have space to walk in!).

Excellent location & great facilities”
The room is not that spacious, but that's expected of a hotel in Japan. The location, however, is excellent since it's right in the middle of the shopping district and the bus stop is less than five minutes away by walking. There are so many nearby restaurants and shops, which makes staying in the hotel very convenient. The hotel itself has great facilities, including the onsen and business center where there are vendos in case you wake up in the middle of the night needing a drink. The staff are friendly as well and the breakfast selection is decent.

We stayed in Sapporo for five days and were thoroughly impressed with the hotel room and facilities. The staff was very accommodating and even held our luggage for us after checkout while we enjoyed our last day in the city. It was quite affordable and located right in the middle of the action! I would definitely recommend.

Great location, one of the staff members spoke English, parking was full on site but there was additional parking a block away. You do have to pay for the parking 1,500 yen per day. We got the king size bed and the room was spacious for Japan hotel standards.
