Location is amazing! Only few meters from Vaci (main walking zone) street. Has nice balcony and it is very quiet even though you are located in the city center. Employees are very nice, apartment has everything even for long stays, included iron, kitchen, washing machine etc.
It is clean, but not really perfect clean, but anyway it is 4 from 5!

Disappointing”

Excellent location and facilities.
Needs a good clean, dusty. Incredibly small kitchen and bathroom. Disappointing that despite me having to return to Australia due to COVID-19, after only three days, the property kept my money from an 11 night stay. I would have returned to the property and Budapest once I was able so this approach was disappointing.

Nice clean apartment in a great location. Apartment looks really good, bed is comfortable, has a balcony which is a plus. Heating is great. Host gave clear instructions about how to get in.
Only some really minor things. You have to be careful with hot water, if you turn it a tad too much to the hot side it's burning hot. After shower there might be a puddle of water by the tub, I guess the isolating glass is not perfect, but aside that the place cannot be any better.

Very good”

The apartment was in an excellent location that would allow the guests to visit any place in Budapest easily. It was really cozy and beautiful. It was at the fourth floor, with a nice view and also the building had an elevator. You would find everything, you would need in the apartment since it is fully equipped. There was a problem and the staff quickly managed to resovle it.
There was a problem with the windows shutter, but the staff fixed it immediately, even though through our written communication they claimed there was no issue. The rules were written in a very strict and direct way which was kind of impolite. The bed was squeaking a lot and it wasn't that comfortable. Overall it was a nice experience and it was worthy of the price.

We loved our stay in Budapest at this apartment.”

The location was fantastic. We could walk to lots of sightseeing and there were many restaurants, bars and shops right there. it was quiet during the night. The apartment was small and cosy, comfy and clean and nicely decorated.
It was a little difficult at first to figure out the self check in but we managed as we were given a lot of instructions with photos.

Welcoming home in the very city”

Location is excellent. Comfortable, friendly flat. Whatever we needed it got organised very quickly. We loved the balcony!!!
Some of the kitchen drawers were out of order. But had plenty storage place otherwise. The shutter on the balcony door didn't go fully down. Maybe worth looking at it. But it didn't bother us much. Air conditioning is above the bed. It was too drafty sometimes at night, and had to switch it off.
