I really don't want to tell you how good this Hotel is : )”
This fantastic little hotel is hidden away is a quiet area of Salatiga and is so good that i don't really want to tell you quite how good it really is incase i can't get a room next time : ). The grounds and buildings are amazing ..lush gardens with lovely statues and a pond that leads to the fantastic swimming pool. The rooms are excellent and having stayed in a couple of different standard types of rooms i can say that even the standard room offers great comfort and facilities while the deluxe room goes way above what you would expect for the price. The staff at the hotel are fantastic and helpful beyond helpful. If you need anything just ask and they will go out of their way to assist you if they can. Breakfasts are mostly ala-carte from their menu and delicious..at busier times like weekends they provide a breakfast buffet but this is also a great selection and really nice quality. So all in all as much as it pains me to do so, because it will limit the availability to me lol, I have to say this is a fantastic hotel and couldn't recommend it more.

The hotel is very beautiful. If you like nature and greens so much, this hotel will be the best for you. With a good clean swimming pool and very nice room view as well. It's very lovely when you have a small kids they can run around inside the hotel area. Very recommended for someone who would enjoy nature.

Enjoying my family time here. The place is relaxing, cozy with old Java atmosphere. The live music is very much entertaining. Perhaps needs a bit upgrade on the breakfast menu. Went there at 8 am on Sun morning and some of the food already empty. Add more menu for kids, like french fries and sausage, or other menu that isn’t spicy.

if you are visiting Salatiga, this is a delightful location. The grounds are restful, green, and peaceful, with many rooms opening onto these quiet oases. The surroundings are quiet and rural, yet it is only a ten minute walk from the busy and noisy main streets. If you want to avoid a 4 am wake-up, ask for a room facing into the grounds. The staff are friendly and obliging, although with limited English.

Resort in the City”
Kayu Arum will be our next choice if we stay in Salatiga area. Even to Semarang, staying in Kayu Arum is a good choice, as the toll road is very convenient. However, if you are looking for a wifi facility, Kayu Arum needs much improvement. Wifi is not reachable from our room. Overall, it is a nice hide away resort with good warm hospitality and good food.

Lush green property, big rooms with colonial feel. Unique wood furniture everywhere you look. Pretty property, good-looking design. They also have spa with 5-mins free shoulder massage (which is quite relaxing). Room cleanliness can be improved. Our floor is not clean enough, barefoot walking inside the room results in grey dusty feet. Hot shower is hard to control. TV is to small for the room size. Room service dinner menu is excellent, but breakfast buffet selection is underwhelming.

Very well maintained garden. However, the standard room doesn't have window, which is not stated in the room description. Breakfast very standard, should be better with more variety of local food. Room amenities (linen, towel) are thin and dull, should provide better/change the new one,
