Family Trip Highly Satisfied”
Room: The LARGE TWIN room at the Gayo Plaza felt like a room that combined two single rooms and renovated them. The spacious room, measuring 31 square meters, had two bathrooms. The beds were arranged in a 2+1 facing format, with three beds and no sofa or chair on the side with one bed, but instead there was a window seat, which was nice to sit and look out the window. There was a desk installed next to the window seat. Breakfast: The breakfast was a high-quality combination of Japanese and Western cuisine. There was freshly made sushi prepared by the chef, and rice was provided in two types: plain rice and seasoned rice. Various types of good-quality bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, and other basic Western dishes were also in good condition, and there was even a rich selection of fruits for dessert. They even served sparkling wine for breakfast. They set up a sales counter near the entrance during breakfast time, selling Hokkaido specialties such as milk and seaweed, and the staff explained them well, so I made a purchase. Service: It was snowing heavily when we left the hotel. The staff who had been watching us at the entrance ran over with an umbrella and handed it to us, wishing us a pleasant day. I could tell that they were paying attention and watching us every time we came and went. If I visit Sapporo again, I will definitely stay at Gayo Plaza.

KIEO PLAZA HOTEL SAPPORO”
Convenient Location: 6 mins walk from Sapporo through Daimaru Shopping Mall. Many convenient stores, shopping mall, eateries, landmark tourist spots within short walk. Room is exceptionally huge, nice city view, generous supply of toiletries and bottled water. Beds are warm and super comfortable. Hotel Staff are polite, courteous, always ready to help with directions to various places. Will definitely stay here for my next visit.

Delicious breakfast as expected”
I reused this hotel for a business trip about 4 years ago. I couldn't forget the delicious breakfast I had then, so I used it for sightseeing with my husband. Although the national travel support reception had ended, we were upgraded at check-in for a very reasonable price. The lobby was crowded on the weekend, but the staff responded promptly and with a smile, so we were able to check in without waiting for a long time. The room was also renovated and well cleaned, making it comfortable. The breakfast the next day, which we had been looking forward to, was still delicious. And it was upgraded from last time. If you eat this and that, you will get full and won't be able to go out for sushi at noon. Be careful. I will use it again.

We initially booked a room for three but unexpectedly had one more person going on the trip with us. They kindly offered a family room for four with two bathrooms for just a minimal top up payment! Rooms were very clean, comfy beds, good room temp control! Will definitely rebook if we return to Sapporo :)

Very decent hotel. Staff provides first class service. Near the JR station, nearby currency exchanger. Daimaru and Stellar place for shopping. I walked everywhere even to the Sapporo beer museum about 30mins walk. I highly recommend this place.

Just a 10 minute stroll from JR sapporo station, everything is a stone throw away. We chose the breakfast option and the morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with local hokkaido fare, and produce, and also a brief selection of international fare. Very children-friendly staff and spacious enough for kids to wander around.
