Feel warmth”
Kememai hostel is not located in a center so not so much crowded. Anyway, that is not far by walking or motorbike to the center, you can just walk pass the monkey forest where you can chill out by walking under the big trees. The hostel itself operates by the owner with his assistance of 24 hr-staffing. All staffs are very friendly and welcome for giving the advice to all guests. I really love roof-top terrace here, where I can see and chill out on having my breakfast (They also serve the breakfast with coffee and tea) and spend my free time to see all around nearby the hostel's area where surrounding by big trees and the roofs of Balinese's house villages. Refilled drinking water is provided, strong wifi, Well bathroom with hot shower. I booked for 3 nights and now I further my stay.

Quiet and peaceful ”
This place is underrated. The rooms rae limited but offers a clean wide bed in their dorms as well as sufficient bathroom supplies. My favorite part which i think ia unique in this hostel is their rooftop patio that is a perfect place to watch the sunset over Bali. It is near really good restaurants and a soccer field where you can watch children play in the afternoon. Just below the hostel is a mini grocery store where you can buy all your travel necessities. Kudos to this place and i hope they improve what needs to be improved. One advice would be more interaction with the staff with its customers.

Perfect”
Just waiting for the review feedback at this hostel. Firstly, I met a really friendly and helpful staff, he introduced me a lot of useful information for going around to find what to visit or to eat and explain all of my curiousness. Secondly, I could be able to check in early and enjoy a clean bed as well as a large locker. Thirdly, the scenic landscapes were fresh and green. Fourthly, there was free coffee, breakfast though not to much but it was a warm policy to visitors. Finally, the location was quite calm and convinient, you may enjoy the motorbike rental at a reasonable price.

This place is located outside of the main area in Ubud, but with a scooter, that doesn’t matter. It has a beautiful view from the roof where you can watch the sunset. The wifi is great and they offer a decent breakfast every morning. The beds are comfortable a d each have their own light, power outlet and locker. There is a local store on the bottom floor and some nice places to eat within walking distance. There is a kitchen to cook and they have hot showers. There is also a field located next to it where you can exercise or play soccer/football. For the price, I highly recommend this place!

Supercheap and convenient. but female dormitory needs door lock. in night time somebody is trying inside. I found one bedbug-,.-;; please take care here. location and facilities and view is a nice place. I hope here is better. Kememai street is so beautiful area. Many foreigners rent a house there.

Very Good Hostal ”
I highly recommend this place... This is a very comfortable place to stay and also very close to the monkey forest Shops and Supermarkets and not very close you have to walk about 25 min from the hostel There is a mini-mart below the hostel so you are good to go with that and the Roof top is amazing,,,, brees and view is awesome there playground in front of the Hostal you can enjoy that as well and right below the hostel 100 yards there's a Restaurant call " Warung Rama " Very tasty food Enjoy your Stay

Best Value in Ubud”
This place was phenomenal. It's just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main set of streets in Ubud that you don't have to worry about too much noise, and the rooftop is one of the absolute best spots to catch a sunset in the area. There's a small kitchenette with which you can make your own food, should that be something you're into. The beds can be a little wobbly and make a bit of noise but the bathrooms are pretty well kept and they offer free water to refill your bottles with so honestly I wouldn't have traded my stay here for any other!

I ran into some problems when I was in Ubud and the staff were very understanding in helping me out. Thanks a lot! Would advise to take the female dorm or 4 bed dorms if you're looking for a peaceful rest as the mixed dorm can get rowdy when I was there

Excellent”
Stayed here for 3D2N. The staffs were friendly & helpful. They lent me the universal adaptor as i had forgotten mine. The toilet/shower were inside the dorm itself. The place may looks rundown but it's good for the price. They provide breakfast & there is yoga lessons too. Super love the rooftop, you can just chill there. Was quite surprised that no keys was given for the room but rest assured that it is safe.

Great little spot”
Clean & tidy. Cheap & comfortable. Staff are very friendly with great advice. Some of my best finds were because of them. Be aware there is a school next door so you will be woken by happy kids singing & playing. Beat any alarm tone 😂 Also Warung Pojok restaurant opposite was some of the best food I ate in Bali.

Suitable for solo traveller or male”
The dorm room has no lock available (you can’t even lock from inside) and one of the male staffs opened the door to check me without knocking first which is super uncomfortable and major turn off. The locker beneath the bed (which requires 100k deposit) ironically not exactly a locker because if you move out the bed you still can get the stuff inside.... lollll. The hostel is not locked either which anyone can just enter the hostel anytime they want because most of the time there aren’t anyone at the reception counter. The washroom need a good scrub and bed is slightly dirty. On the bright side, location is within walking distance to monkey forest so it’s pretty peaceful far off from bustling city centre and it’s super cheap.

Pros: near monkey forest, clean, comfortable, en suite bathroom, big rooms, air conditioned. Cons: I was one of the two guests at the time, so did not meet other travellers.

good comfy bed”
nice place to relax. my only concern is that power sockets are only available near the bed. so it's kind of hard to work. you have to stay your bed most of the time. otherwise it's a good stay and it was cheap so in that sense it's a good option for budget travellers

It's adequate ”
Some beds have ants in them and the sheets are dirty. Bathroom needs a really good scrub everywhere as it just gets a light once over; The toilet had big orange stains in and the sink was scummy I actually went and bought bleach from the shop below. I was there for 7 days and saw housekeeping twice. I had to take the bins to the staff myself to be emptied. Beds are ok but pillows are flat. Staff are nice but struggle with English sometimes. Quite far out from everything apart from the Monkey forest. On a busy loud main road with a school next door that's loud from 7am. Not good for solo travellers; I was there for a week and the only one in my dorm which I liked but others won't.
