The hotel was very big and clean for the price. Also, the self check in system was very cool and efficient. Managed to check in earlier as a result. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was big, close to main Munich station - there's nothing to complain about this hotel. The staff was very helpful and replied very quickly when I sent email enquiries too! Loved my experience here, will definitely come back back when I come back to Munich again. Highly recommended!!!!

The room was very clean and so was the toilet. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement that is pay per use, but the washer was unfortunately out of order when we were there. Instead we used a laundromat a short walk away. Check in is done via a tablet, super easy and quick. 20min walk to Marienplatz wasn’t too tough. Would recommend

Well organized even if it was self-check-in. A mini kitchen is included, but you can't cook because no pots and pans are provided. But it did not bother us, the Aldi and REWE supermarkets are just a 5-minute walk. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was helpful. Check in was interesting because you do it all with an iPad there is no staff at this location they are across the street and the main hotel. We had a couple issues with the keycards but the staff was quick to help. The room was comfortable and close to the train station.

Complete Self Service Hotel”
All service did by self including self check in check out, baggage storage and laundry service. The room is big enough for two people and two baggage. Excellent location that near the Hbf train station. shower room and the toilet is separated. A mini kitchen is provided but without the flying pan.

Great hotel if you can handle automation ”
From check in to check out, we didn't meet any staff. We checked ourselves in and created our own room keys. Check out was easier as just dropped keys off in the box. Great location as it's a short walk to the town centre from here. I liked it but not sure if it suits less tech savvy people who want a personal touch
