Nice hotel in Munich”
Good location, nearby central station but a bit away from the main attraction which is around the old town (around 20 mins walking). Staffs were very friendly and attentive. However, our room’s key didn’t work everytime we came back to our room in the evening and there was no tv in our room which we should have. We have been told that it’s their first day of opening after 2 years hiatus so we account that to the glitches we had. Overall is still pleasant stay at King’s first class hotel.

Simply the best”
My wife and I had some trouble finding accommodations in Munich at first. Hotels and airbnbs are very expensive in Munich, but we were very fortunate to have found the King's Hotel First Class. It's very reasonably priced, a 10-15 minute walk from Old Town, and our room was spectacular. It was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It had the feel of an alpine lodge, and it was one of the best parts of our trip to Munich!

Wish we could have stayed longer...”
We only had one night in Munich and we booked the King's Hotel because it was central to everything. It was enjoyable to walk to most places from the Hotel and when we returned we could crash in a beautiful and comfortable room. If we could have stayed longer we certainly would have and if we return I'd like to stay there again

Excellent for the money. We had a small suite, everything perfect. Didn't eat here,(bfast not included)but the small bar was fine, top class barman on Thurs/Fri nights. It's a short walk from the Hbf, and about 10 to 15m walk to Marienplatz. all staff very helpful and friendly. I doubt we will visit Munich again, but if we do this will be our first choice of hotel.

Very clean and convenient. ”
I enjoyed my recent stay at the King's Hotel. The hotel is very clean and convenient to the train station and the bus tour staging areas. Many places to eat are nearby. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good, but for 18 Euros it should have had potatoes (hey, we're in Germany, we have to have potatoes with breakfast). The staff were friendly.

Great location, great price”
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel on our whirlwind tour of Europe. I loved Munich so much and I'm glad we spent 4 days there. This hotel was very clean and in a great location with the Marienplatz very closeby. There were also produce stands nearby and a market so we were able to buy fresh food for cheap.

Great place to stay. Great location right near the main station and walking distance to main square. Staff are exceptional with a special mention to Robin the bar tender/everything who went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable and special. Will stay with Kings first class again.

Much nicer inside than the photos suggest”
We were upgraded to a Club Room at the rear of the hotel, which was very quiet. Breakfast not included in our package but we opted for it anyway and the selection was good. Really good scrambled egg, which is unusual on hotel buffets in my experience. Staff friendly and efficient. Hotel happy to keep our luggage after check-out as we weren't leaving Munich until the afternoon. Absolutely no issue with the club across the road. The street the hotel is on is a main street and didn't feel like a 'bad' area.

Not Bad”
The hotel is ideally located for access to the main train station and is an easy walk to the main areas of Munich. The room was quite small but clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also quite small. If you are offended by "Gentleman's" clubs there is one right across the road so please note. Also there are what seems to be 3 million "casinos" in the neighbourhood. As we were there for the Christmas markets this was a good base for that purpose with 5 different markets within 15 minutes walk (including the Octoberfest site).

Great staff! Very nice, a bit high on the price . 50 euro less would be perfect. The location is what sells this hotel. If you want ease of location this is the place. Clise to the hbf, shopping, beer gardens, ect.

Convenient Location with reasonable price”
Hotel rooms offer at reasonable price. Location is very good in a way that is near to the central station in Munich, however, it is a bit noisy at nighttime. Rooms are not very big but should be enough for short term stay. It would be better if free wi-fi is offered in the room.

Beautiful timber work but requires refurbishment”
the hotel is located near the main train station in Munich which was helpful for us as we travelled to and from Nuremberg, Rothenburg, Fussen and Munich. if we didn't need to be near the train station, i would recommend staying near Viktualienmarkt. the district where the hotel is located is a bit seedy while the Viktualienmarkt area is more up-market and quite close to the Marienplatz and city. hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. the hotel has a great bar area with affordable drinks. the timber work detail in the hotel is beautiful. some rooms require updating and refurbishing.

Very god standard budget hotel”
We were a big group staying at the hotel and generally people were very happy with the rooms. Price was on the higher end of the budget scale but then the quality was also comparable. Especially coming fro the UK, the price seemed very reasonable (£75 room only per night for a twin). 10 mins walk from the main station. supermarket next door.

Excellent”
Great staff. Breakfast was a ripoff I chose the smaller option for 6-7 euros I cannot remember. 18 euro for the breakfast is too much. Based on other hotels schiller 5, arcotel in Stuttgart, about 10-13 euro is price point. Plus both their breakfasts were better.
