          ужасно невнимательный персонал/ inconsiderate and unscrupulous staff”

          из положительного - отель на центральной площади, внизу - ресторан, номера большие чистые, обстановка уютная. из минусов - отель снял два раза плату, один раз при отъезде с карты, второй раз - через систему бронирования! вечером спустился попить пива и перекусить - ко мне не подходили 30 минут! Безобразное поведение официантки, на все призывы она говорила типа сейчас-сейчас. та же официантка и ещё один служащий закрыли выезд на улице с парковки машины. И несмотря на то, что их спросили - чья эта машина, они ответили - что это кто-то приехал в магазин. А через полчаса (!) пришёл служащий гостиницы преспокойно сел в машину и уехал!/ inconsiderate and unscrupulous staff : twice charged for a room; long service in the cafe at the hotel (30 minutes to bring a beer); closed in the parking lot for 30 minutes and did not admit it;
