Very Nice Hotel”
Vey pleasant hotel. Staff is very helping and pleasant. Breakfast was great, obviously all facilities and room were maintained in the highest level. It is not in the center of the city but Tram is near by and you can arrive to any place with public transportation easily (without walking too much).

Gorgeous rooms. Even their standard rooms. Lovely modern lighting, bathrooms. So tastefully decorated. Where it’s lacking a little bit is with atmosphere. Felt I couldn’t really make a night of it at the bar etc as very quiet. There was also a crying baby situated near or even next door to my room. I get it, babies cry, but in a quiet hotel perhaps better to situate the family in a room further away from other guests. But all in all a beautiful hotel.

This hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The spa is really nice. It's not in a main tourist area but for us that worked out really well. Loved it!

One of the best”
At this price point, together with the comfort and calm design of the room. This is absolutely worth every penny. After a long day of work, it really helps to have a good environment and comfortable rooms. And the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Definitely helped me to relax a lot in this really good hotel. Only con is the location but not a big thing as there is a mall just walking distance from Hotel. Would go back again!

Bad service and still didn’t get deposit refund”
We checked in on the 3.5th and now have not received a deposit refund. I contacted customer service on WhatsApp, but I never got a response, and I couldn't get through on the phone. I don’t know how I can get my deposit back. When I checked in, I called the front desk and asked for slippers. After waiting for about 30-40 minutes, my friend went down and told the front desk twice before giving us slippers. My friend took them back and no one brought them up. When checking out, the front desk miscalculated the amount of the spa, which took a long time. We booked a taxi to the airport and waited for about 20 minutes. There is only one person at the front desk, the efficiency is very low, the experience is very poor, not worthy of a five-star hotel.

Eines der beste Hotels im Budapest”
Hier kann man nichts falsch machen. Zimmer gross, sauber und modern eingerichtet, Essen und Frühstück super, Personal mega freundlich. Würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. Einziger Nachteil vielleicht die Lage. Man läuft schon 30 Min. um ins innere Zentrum der Stadt zu kommen. Aber für uns war das in Ordnung.
