new and modern, friendly staff, great location”
My wife and I stayed in the hotel last week. we arrived at 3:00 am, you activate everything from your phone but a nice lady answered the intercom when I had an issue with paying the city tax and she was very helpful. The hotel is spotless, location is 20 minutes walk (max) from everything. my wife forgot a valuable piece of jewelry in the room and realized it missing three days after we checked out, my room link on my phone was still active and they replied promptly, the next day I phoned the hotel and the friendly young lady at the reception was extremely helpful and yes the found our lost item. I truly recommend this hotel for a clean, easy, safe, no hassle stay.

Modern cozy hotel with all you need”
Was pleasantly surprised by the communication and messages before checking in. Hotel has a concept of the future and gives access to its guests using smartphones. Room is small, but at the same time very well designed, furnitured and equipped and planned so you can just sleep or turn your room into a working space. Room and bathroom is clean and the only issue is a bad smell in the toilet time to time. But not critical. Hotel is in a very nice location with lots of restaurants, parks and sites to visit. Walking distance to some major attractions and very well connected to the public transport.

Be ready for technology ”
Very advanced hotel.For young traveler it’s great but older people might have problems specially without language skills.Met a couple who couldn’t speak English and without my assistance they wouldn’t know what to do.Overall the hotel was super nice and clean and great location also.

Value Deal”
This hotel provides cleanliness and a great location for those looking to enjoy the night life. With that being said, just expect to hear that night life until close to three AM. Even though I would recommend this hotel and stay here again, my only word of caution is to be patient with the app. It can be a little delayed when trying to open doors.

I spent few nights at KVi and the whole experience with my stay was great, my room was big, AC worked perfectly, bath size is also big. Staff is very helpful and friendly specially Matyas, he's charming and very fun to talk to!

Lovely hotel, great location, good value”
Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Great value, walking distance of all attractions on the Pest side of the city. Only thing to watch out for is if arriving after the reception closes is to pay the city tax before you arrive as you will not be able to check into to your room until you do.

Great stay with some flaws”
+ Excellent location next to the ruin bars. New and clean hotel. Quiet area, good mattress. Breakfast that was improving everyday during our 4 nights stay. - Sometimes smart is not so smart. Phone unlocks doors but sometimes it doesn't work flawlessly. A card would be much easier. Also when we checked out we tried to use the lockers but there where no staff to give us the cards for it. I asked with the app but didn't get any answer.

Nice Hotel but the smart concept didnt work at all”
it took so long to get the check-in done! you have to download an app, put all your informations there and at the end the didnt work for the room so we had to get cards anyway...so fail of the concept and makes more trouble than anything. the hotel was a nice and clean place!

Great hotel with Smart features in the Jewish quartier”
The Hotel is nicely placed and has all the comforts to enjoy your stay in the city center. The app is ok (could be improved) but allows you to control all the features of your room (cooling, opening door, paying city tax, etc.)

It’s located very near to all the public transportation and it’s near the all the international restaurants behind the hotel. People at counter are very cooperative and helpful. They cleaned up the room every day and breakfast is good
