This Kyoto Station Riverside INN is located in Kamo gawa riverside near JR Kyoto. Good riverside view from the window upstairs. You can enjoy walking or jogging to many famous sightseeing spots in Kyoto.

11min on foot to JR kyoto station, 30min riverside walk toward north to Gion Shijo, 30min riverside walk toward south to Fushimi Inari shrine. Tofukuji temple, which is famous for beautiful colored leaves, Kiyomizu temple and Sanjusangendo Hall are all walkable distance.
You can live like "Local". It is also government approved guest house so there's no worry about the safety.

Feedback on this Property”

The place is very clean specially the toilet the only concern is The Bed not comfortable enough and the smell of the unit specially when we ist enter is really awful..the mats on the bedrooms really stinks and we can not sleep. Maybe give more attention on the beddings as well...pillows are run down .....House not well maintain..

An ideal choice for group travelers”

While its location might be a tad obscure, this property being a two-storey Japanese house offers a unique experience of what it's like living as a citizen. The house is fully equipped with all the facilities a traveler might expect from a decent hotel and is located about 5 minutes away from the Tofukuji subway station. There are also eateries and convenience stores nearby. Last but not least, the property is literally located by the river as its name indicates.
